I mean, they are. Men can have (biological) children more or less from puberty until death, assuming no complications. The chances of success for women grows quite grim and drops fast after 40, even if they are otherwise healthy. The fact of the matter is, men have time on their side, women do not.

Not to mention, if god is omniscient, there's literally no point in any sort of "test" or proof of commitment. Even ignoring that god already decided what the answer would be, he'd know anyway. No problem. I think a lot of people make the mistake of assuming that Jinping is an autocrat, and that if he were to die or loose power, China would be irreparably damaged, much like if Kim Jong Un suddenly died. But no, if Jinping were to die, Huning would take his place and business would carry on as usual. That is why China is so dangerous, its atrocities are not the work of one maniac, but an entire system that will keep the wheel turning until the CCP itself falls.

NK is debatable, but China is a republic. Jinping is no emperor, and in theory, the General Assembly could oust him, although in practice the Secretariat has control over the Presidency. No. Positive and negative rights refers to the right to have things done/provided (e.g. healthcare is a postive right) or not done (e.g. liberty is a negative right). The "positive" definitely means good in this case. Remember, this is considered to be a sort of repayment for past discrimination.

Sorry to disappoint you, but I'm a Minarchist. I am sympathetic to anarchistic ideals, though, but I just can't convince myself that they will ever be practical even with decades of political and cultural shift that is incorporated into my ideology. ​ I do intend on reading The Machinery of Freedom at some point though, so maybe that'll change my mind about the practicality.

Because you seem to be claiming that Jews are driving European politics to promote circumcision and Muslims aren't, but the data shows otherwise. Yes. It is a known and simple fact that being circumcised significantly reduces sexual pleasure. But, more importantly, circumcision is a symbol that we as men do not own our own bodies. Our parents can multilate us without punishment, our labor is often expected to go to women, and the government can send us to die in wars as conscripts (read: slaves) while women cannot be.

Well, both ruin the lives of the victim (granted in different ways). Both show no respect for the rights/feelings of others. Both are essentially power motivated (one seking dominance, one seeking attention). False accusation has a very real chance of very harsh consequences for an innocent, which will include years in prison and essentially no chance of ever getting a decent job (felony). Why would the accuser be ostracized? This isn't Pakistan. We don't have honor killings or stone rape victims. If anything, our society slants heavily in favor of the accuser when it comes to rape and the accuser is female. I'd rather not hear about cases at all. Identity is kept secret and breaking that should be a crime. I'll take the slight risk of some prejudiced family judging their own relatives over a falsely accused person losing everything.

Why not keep it quiet, at least until a verdict is reached? That fact is, people don't tend to care what the court thinks and in rape cases will automatically assume the man is at fault. There is no reason to ruin a person's life when they have not been found guilty. And if they are found guilty, do we need to ostracise them? If they pay the price and are rehabilitated, they deserve to live in peace.
