A good 2/3 are anecdotal evidence that we've all experienced. To use this with credibility you need factual statistics or IRL examples and a corroborating amount of evidence to make the argument undeniable. The amount of points is a good start, but some arguments are unprovable. I feel it can be edited this to be unassailable.
