all breathing should be done in through the nose. The exit path isn't nearly as important. What is really crucial in this though is marinating proper oral posture: keep your tongue on your palate (roof of the mouth). I suppose once you are don't growing it doesn't matter as much, but breathing through the nose, even after growth has stopped, is still healthier (in terms of regulation of oxygen and co2).

Thanks, yes this helped a lot. If you look into my posts (as I admit I should have looked into yours), you can see there has been debate regarding the importance of looks. Therefore, I feel that physical attractiveness should always be included in a field report, as it is an integral part of the equation.

And of course you already know what I am going to say... I want to know his stats and what he looks like. People keep giving me shit for this but it needs to apparently keep being said: these field reports mean nothing without knowing what each party looks like. He told us the girl was a 7/10, but what is he? If he cannot post pics, surely he can give us his body stats and an honest self rating.

Damn.. so might asw ell take d3 and go outside I guess. Do you recommend use of sunscreen like "sun bum" brand, or just without it as long as you aren't roasting in the sun for hours?
/r/TheRedPill21/09/15 06:58 PM

I suppose the issue would come from the absorption rate. Depends on how much the body can absorb at once and if it would be better to take it all at once or a few times throughout the day. But yeah, being outside overall is better for the mind too lol.

What about just taking 10,000 iu's of vitamin D3 daily, and get minimal sun exposure to reduce aging? Would this work just as well info better, or should we still make it a point to sunbathe??

Yeah, I'm fucked though lol. Look up jaw surgery, sarpe, and lefort if you want to see what you were saved from. That's what I have to look forward to lol. It'll be for the best though.

Search into google mouth breathing effect on facial development. Some good sources should come up. Pretty much what happens is your tounge doesn't sit on your palate, so it narrows and fucks your whole face up. Makes sense too.. If you use an orifice for something that it isn't made for, it's bound to mess things up lol.

It's not genes though, it is shit environmental factors. If a face is ugly with well formed teeth, then blame it on genes. If it looks bad due to tons of tooth crowding and recessed jaws from breathing wrong during growth, then it's not genes. Seeing as how I excel at every other facet of life besides my face and physique, I don't think I have bad gene. Rather good ones actually, as I was one of the most handsome in my class before puberty. Incorrect breathing during growth and low testosterone …

I agree, but I'm talking about surgeries for people that legit have facial deformities. Someone with an actual maxillofacial problem needs surgery, it's axiomatic. A lot of people over there have recessed jaws and other issues that preclude them from a lot of things. People that are truly sub 5 facially, or have a skeletal abnormality, need to do some extreme looksmaxing first. People like killyourego are Moronic and actually hurt a lot more people than they help. It's lunacy to think you can co…

I suppose this is true for people that seek a LTR with a woman. Currently I don't, but you may be right that its due to age, so time will tell I guess.

Nice, coming on here and calling me a loser when you don't know where I have come from or what I have done in my life. I have probably objectively accomplished much more than you have if we were to adjust for age (Im assuming you are substantially older than me). Idiots like you run rampant on these forums. Thankfully, there are enough intelligent people to even things out. Focus on what you can control... exactly, why wouldn't you improve your looks if you have the ability to.

just as I thought. You back away, claiming you want to share pics in a comical way, but you don't actually do it to engage in a proper debate. You have proved my point exactly man. Have a good one.

Are you a moron? You compare me to a bucket crab, then you say you will try and get me banned when I am trying to do my best to contribute and offer advice from my perspective? surely you see the irony in this. How am I trying to bring others down? Never did I say to give up, or that you will never sleep with women. Quite the contrary. I simply advocate the importance of looks, it is you who decided to interprete this as me "giving up" or even telling others to do so. I not only give my opinion …

You implied it. And for the last time my friend, game is useless without looks. If you are sub 5 on a 1-10 scale, then no game will save you unless you lower your standards to ugly or overweight girls, which if you aren't attracted to makes it a moot point. Plus, womens' perception of your actions and game changes depending on your looks; this has been proven in multiple studies done and is known as lookism (it even transcends just women and exists in everyday life and the job market as well). What are your opinions on Japan? I have heard interesting things about Tokyo, specifically Roppongi, and would like to hear more about it from someone who has been there (40-50 notches, Im assuming that means lays, in a year sounds fantastic lol). What are some points on looks and game over there?

Damn. Is it worth it? Would you rather have a shit sex life but make 100-200k yearly, or make lets say 50k yearly but have an awesome sex life? I myself have considered going to places like japan or thailand on vacation to see what the girls there are like.

Ok man, I've run into a few encounters like this here and Im not going to try and convert anyone, Im just throwing my opinion out there so that others can view both and decided on their own. This fucking disgusts me. Old, foolish men paying for female company. They could pay much less and have sex with escorts or prostitutes. I at least pray that they aren't deluding themselves to the point of thinking any of these girls are actually attracted to them.

I agree, and as I have said before, my method of playing it to the best of y ability is looksmaxing, then focusing on my wealth/status, and then, lastly, working on my game. I don't understand why people here assume that whenever someone bashes game and advocates looks>all, it means they have given up. No, it just means that they place more value on looks, and you place more on game, so while you max out game, they will work on maxing out looks. Its only over if you have maximized your LMS and w…

More bullshit denying looks theory here. Down vote me if you like, and Im sure you will, but you know its true. Game is nice if/when your looks are up to par. Until then, or if that never happens, then game means nothing. Whatever, Ive said it many times before, as have others, but people continue to believe that you just need game.

Im 19 and honestly, after Ive fully self improved, Im not so sure I want to even deal with women in the west. At this point, is it even really worth it from a risk to reward standpoint? Is it really worth the effort when you could just go elsewhere on a vacation and probably have sex with 5 times the amount of girls you would here in less time? Why not just say fuck it to a relationship with a woman, and just get your social requirements from other male friends, and then just go on vacation to h…

Thanks. Im hoping to start with 2000 calories, 50 protein 35 carbs 15 fats and see how that goes for a while, then adjust as necessary. Plus train 1 hour in the morning, 1 at night. Probably do 4 sets using 8 reps per set. I doubt I will be doing any cardio at all, maybe some light swimming on saturday but thats it (with all the stuff that increases body temp and heart rate/blood pressure, last thing I need to do is raise my heart rate too much and die).

What luck, the being hypogonadal? No, its kind of fucked up my development and Im still tanner stage 4 at 19 years of age. However, since Im going to be on test for life, I figure I might as well add in some stuff to make it worth my while. Its going to be a huge jump though, going from 300-400 test and high estradiol (I've legit got fucking breasts and gynecomastia) to 100mg of tren and test ed. You look good, definitely need more size, but you are by no means fat lol, you look lean. Im not going to download the tiny upload just to be safe, but could you instead just tell me what your macro split is during bulk and cut?
/r/TheRedPill18/09/15 07:48 PM

You're going to say no, but in theory I think yes, you should be at least gaining fat if you are eating a surplus and you're carbs are too high, especially if consumed right before bed and if they have a high GI. If this is wrong, then what would you say the optimal diet is? I know you said you promote moderation, but if someone is trying to find the "optimal" human diet for natties, what would it be?
/r/TheRedPill18/09/15 06:44 PM
1

So as long as Im getting in a lot of protein, I can eat all the fats and carbs I want? I have heard that high carbs and high fats on tren will make you fat though
/r/TheRedPill18/09/15 05:03 PM
1

Hence my excitement to get on tren. However, I do think that low carb is good for naturals. Im not saying that you should do keto or anything like that, but still relatively low. What do you think would be the optimal macros for both natty and on tren. I would say natty should be something like 40/40/20 (protein fat carb) and tren should be 50/35/15 (protein carb fat).

Find your macros via an online calculator. Once you know your TDEE, eat at a caloric deficit (try about 400 calories under maintenance). Eat a diet high in protein, fat, and low in carb. Make sure the carbs you do eat are complex and low GI. Don't ever drink alcohol or eat refined sugar. Once you are doing this and your diet is on point, go to the gym. Lift with 4 sets per exercise, 8-12 reps per set. Also, do HIIT training a couple days each week. Once you are working out and eating right, you …

I would definetely agree with avoiding alcohol at all costs, especially anything with hops in it (most dark beers... hops is extremely estrogenic, one of the worst things for natural males). I would say that you should just be on a high protein, high fat low carb diet at all times if you are natural. If on tren (yes I know I talk a lot about this particular substance) you should probably be high protein high carb low fat, since you won't need fats for hormonal regulation as you would be doing th…

All one can do is improve their LMS as much as possible. Thats really it. If after you do this, you enjoy the sexual marketplace, great. If not, fuck it and go MGTOW. Theres not much else to it. If you think you can still improve your looks/money/status/game, then this forum along with some others are great resources. Once you've done all you can though, the only options are to then either where you are (maxed out potential/optimal version of you) in regards to your interactions with women, or j…

I disagree. If someone is hypogonadol, then no lifestyle change will fix this (meaning either their pituitary gland isn't working right or their balls aren't working right). If its just some fat fuck who eats shit and doesn't move, then yeah, lifestyle change is surely in order first. I would also like to point out that with low t or high estrogen, it can be quit hard to get down to 10-12 percent fat, and certain measures in diet might have to be taken since hormones will already be altered due …

Some states don't allow blood tests that aren't ordered by a doc, but most states will allow you to use those types of services, like the one you mentioned (private md labs is another one i think).
/r/TheRedPill15/09/15 10:21 PM

I agree, its best to first be at a low body fat, as higher fat means you already have some form of elevated heart rate and blood pressure, so tren will just add to that, and your overall risk of cardiac arrest increases.

If you legit have low t, get on test cyp NOW. Or prop if you're going my route and adding in tren to turn super saiyan. The low to can defiantly cause or at least exacerbate the depression as well. Honestly, most of the problems we feel as modern day homos (homo sapiens that is) are caused by hormonal imbalances. PS.. for the narcolepsy ask your doc about modafinil

Check thyroid, check testosterone and estradiol levels all via blood test (ask your GP, tell him/her your symptoms, they will refer to to get the blood work done). If nothing comes up here, then vitamin b12 might help, or d3 if you are deficient. Other than that, I cannot really think of anything... if you breath through your mouth during sleep, perhaps you have sleep apnea? You could get a sleep study done to check this. Maybe try some melatonin prior to sleep as well??

Planet Fitness is a joke. I go to a small sports club chain in my area that could be considered the poor man's Equinox. If you are in the US, either join equinox or golds gym, or a local good chain like mine, or just build your own at home. Yup, he has paid her a net of 600k USD in alimony over the last 10 years... pretty nuts. Im honestly thinking of not getting married ever, and to have my kid just pay for a surrogate or something... not unlike what Ronaldo has done in a way (there was a new post about that here, and it sounds like a good idea if you are well off... just pay to have someone with desirable genes have your child).

The alimony is a bitch, but he thinks that it will be abolished within the next year or two, and he already has a practice here which he has had for nearly 20 years and is probably worth over 2 mil. , plus he thinks he could be making around 500k yearly from it within a year or two as well. So although the alimony is a bit like slavery, if he expects it to go away soon, then its worth it to stay at his current practice, probably make as much as he can over the next 5 or 10 years, invest whatever…

Oh absolutely, but do you really think we can colonize another planet before either the sun implodes or, more likely, we become the cause of our own extinction? If so, then that would be fantastic, although still not good for the other species of earth. What I mean is that, as advanced as we are, we have become so self aware that we are in our own world, and we are probably the only species that doesn't really contribute to the "circle of life", other organisms etc.

Mine would be: Initial = Looks>Status>>Assets>>Game Long term = Looks+Status>Assets>Game If one has good looks in these equations, then you can move game up one slot to replace assets. If one doesn't have looks but still insists on entering the marketplace prior to looksmaxing, he will rely heavily on status and assets.

Agreed, someone should make a thread that is a comprehensive guide to looksmaxing... including surgeries, steroids, diet, training, things for hair, face etc. etc. Thats what this subreddit should be focusing on when it comes to raising your SMV... hopping on tren and getting my jaw surgery/lefort will raise my SMV much much more than learning some bullshit game ever would.

Sure, Elliot Roger is a bit of an extreme example. He resided in a place where there are many extremely good looking guys, he didnt have much sexual dimorphism, and to top it all off, he was probably autistic to some extent. There will always be extremes (i.e. good looking guys with aspies, depression etc.), but looks trumps all when it comes to SMV. Makes you feel like you were robbed when you were one of the most handsome in your class around age 12 and then need lefort at age 19, when dad is 5'10'', mom is 5' 7'' and I'm 5'9.5'', and my wrist size (skeletal frame) is the same size as my moms, and my dad has a 7 by 5 inch dick, while I have a 5.5 by 4.5 inch, although its still tanner 4 so who knows if it will still grow whe…

My issues in regards to looks are low testosterone during puberty and mouth breathing my whole life due to allergies. As a result my face to longer and narrow, with a weak jawline and cheekbones (had stronger jaw at age 10 than i do now). As a result of the low t, I am shorter than I should have been, have wide hips/femur, have gyno(breast tissue aka bitch tits) and a small dick (still tanner stage 4 at my age, which is a bit bizarre, as most guys dicks reach tanner 5 around 16 or 17). Also, for anyone that read my previous posts about my own life, this is the one major reason why I am so pissed. Looks relate to your genes, and women inherently want/desire good genes to breed with. Problem with me is that my phenotype got so fucked up, that quantifiably, my looks went down a solid 3 points from where they should have been. Whenever you take someone with 8/10 genes, but something happens to make him 5/10, there will be an inherent problem, as the girls he is attracted to won't …

Im not even going to look him up, because if he is a pick up artist and not attractive, then either he approaches thousands and only shows you 1 percent or less (when girls actually said yes), or the whole thing is staged.
/r/TheRedPill12/09/15 03:10 PM

At the end of the day, looks matter far more than anything else when it comes to attraction. All the money and status in the world won't change that, at best it will get you some girl who fucks you for the status and money, but isn't truly attracted to you, and may even try and fuck better looking guys on the side. In this case, you might as well hire prostitutes, because unless your girlfriend in physically attracted to you, then thats all she really is.

You seem to get it. There is a difference between a woman wanting you for ulterior motives, and a woman wanting you because of you. When it comes to SMV, its almost all looks (I take back the 60 percent I quote in my last post, its likely more like 80). Looks>>>Money/Status. Game is almost entirely irrelevant unless you are ugly, in which case there is no point. More focus needs to be put on the importance of looks on this subreddit as well as ways of improving looks the best we can, with anythi…

Again, you do understand that in order to be this "attractive brett" you speak of, you must be physically attractive(body and face), right? Ive found when I am all alone, my stammer is basically negligible. This leads me to believe that it must he linked to anxiety. If I can fix that, then the stammer should in theory lessen. Doesn't help that everywhere I go I'm self conscious about my shit jaws and smile, my gynecomastia, and especially the fact that I am still not fully developed for my age due to the low t (tanner stage 4 at 19 years old). Hence my plan to fix all of these things.

There was a similar thread the other day that said a 4 thinks she is a 9. This thread appears to showcase the same female mentality, and it makes the dating world much harder for men. Women think they are higher than they are, and that other men are lower. A female 5 doesn't want to sleep with a male 5 even though they have the same looks/SMV. Boom, see this is why, while i respect this subreddit and everything it stands for, people need to understand that game is the weakest by far in the equation. Again, I fully agree with the idea and mission regarding self improvement. However, its not so much about what I should be vs what I am, bur rather what I should have been. Theres a difference between, lets say a natural 5/10 wishing he were Dolph Lundgren, and someone who rivals Dolph Lundgren in looks being pissed because he suffered from an acid attack to the face. I think you are right, as long as the gap between genes and appearance isn't too wide. For example, lets put arbitrary numbers in regards to genes and looks just to explain it more quickly. You have the genes that should have given you an 8/10 for looks. Meaning, by all accounts you should have been 8/10. Due to external fuckups, you are now 5/10. True. I agree, determine your natty limit, get as close to that as you can with around 10 percent fat. I still feel maladjusted to society today (age 19). I lost most of my empathy for others and only feel anger towards my mother, and disgust with many parts of this world. Doesn't help my cause that I developed a stammer around age 13 that was on and off. Now I c…

I might be a bit hyper sensitized due to my own experiences, but even with low t I can tell you that you need to tell the senile cunt to mind her own business and fuck off. She is probably going to die in the near future and she is trying to tell you not to workout? What the fuck. You tell her that if you decide to do 1000 pushups each day, you will do it because it is your decision and you're not hurting anyone else; just improving yourself.

Thanks for the input man. Im just trying to figure out how to best fix all of this. I guess the only thing that can be done is to go about it one thing at a time like you said. The only parts that truly suck are the fact that my dad lost millions of his hard worked money on her and that I lost the opportunity to go to the best school in the world because of her. At this point, Im preparing to order tren and test to fix the hormonal issue, and I am speaking with a surgeon and ortho to fix my jaws…

Alright, sounds good. I don't plan to act entitled, but its nice to hear that I will most likely get in.

So I get in automatically? Thats fantastic. It just so happens that I do fit in there more so than any other frat, and it is one of the top few socially prestigious frats there. My only worry was that my stammer that comes and goes would fuck me over. Thanks for the info.

I am also going to umich next year (currently on a gap year). My Dad went there and was a member of a frat. Any advice on getting into this frat? What do they look for, will legacy help much etc.???

I feel as if Im in a similar situation. Wish I could post my topic, but the fucking mods with their karma rules have constrained me. Every time I meet new people, especially females, It seems they like me and want to talk to me, get to know me more etc. Within a couple weeks of actually talking with them, this interests fades/turns off. Not sure if its my looks or personality. It tough, because the way events transpire suggests that the personality is at fault, yet I believe in the theory that l…

i believe this goes back to the idea that everyone wants you to fail. People(even your own family) don't want you to succeed unless it benefits them in some way (think to the crabs in a bucket metaphor). Mediocrity loves company, and people hate it when others rise up. Fuck everyone else and fulfill your own agenda at all costs, by any means you deem necessary.

I used to think like this a lot (wanted to build a legacy, create a powerful family etc.) lately, Ive adopted a more nihilistic view of the world. You are like a character in a book. No other character would care what the reader thinks about them, or what happens, once the book is closed, so why should you? Live your life how you see fit, never have to ask "what if?", and fuck what people think of you. If you spend your entire life trying to create a lasting impression, or a good reputation in t…

New here, trying to build up some karma to post my topic. What would you recommend to escape this slavery? Perhaps just accumulate a passive income from multiple sources and let these streams compound, then say fuck it and travel around as you please?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
