I think she was ovulating Holy fuck, you can't make this shit up. How is this shit upvoted so much. DO you guys seriously not realize that this is very autistic. Go to the gym to workout and leave other people alone. Also, improve your writing skills, this is the most pathetic, fakest and cringiest story I heard so far. You would be kicked out of my gym in a couple of hours if you did that kind of shit.

THese feminists just live in one big echo chamber. Question them? You are sexist. Ignore them? You are sexist. They are never open to any dialogue, they think they are right and never have a tiny bit of critical thinking to stop for a second and think that there might be other opinions and facts.

Wow what a bitch. Your friend did a right thing! It's a sign of just being a genuine good friendship. I did something like that once too, was with a girl in a cafe and she was being all bitchy and annoying so I left. She messaged me later how she was terribly sorry and whatnot. Lesson: know your worth and don't be afraid to show it, it will earn you respect.

You stay when it's worth it. Disrespect, dishonesty, incoming bitchfestness, general moments of retardation and idiocy are when you say "okay, then leave".

Can you cite specific legislation that allows this to happen? From what I know you can file for repudiation of paternity starting from the moment when you are first aware that the chid might not be yours

Why speak about money in front of her or for that matter in front of anyone? Why be needy, if she wants to go then let her, should have said with confused face "Okay?".

I strongly disagree with you. As the saying goes there are plenty of fish in the sea. Perhaps things are different in my country (Malta) but you can find quite a woman if you know where to look who will challenge you in both wits and definitely looks.

I am doing legal anthropology right now and the people I am studying are called Trobrianders, they have matriarchy. Just an interesting thing. It seems that in many more primitive societies women had more social power or were on the same foot with men.

There are no women that are realistically out of your league. I was convinced once I started watching pick up videos where a guy would pick up the hottest shit ever. Albeit they probably cuts out a lot of rejections, but they still get numbers so its all trial and error really. Watch some pick up videos and that should motivate you enough.

Okay, I've read it and now I remember what is it all about, but you must not forget that A - this cases are VERY rare. B - this case in particular is associated with another level of law. Every level law whether it be criminal or commercial have its own case law, and in my case mine had nothing to do with this one. If my client was in a level of law which I didnt know that well I would either ask my paralegal to do a lot of research or not take the case at all.

Like as if I dont know about it. Laws are laws but case law is different. Remouse can amount to at least some repayment but we are talking about criminal law which is completely different

I did pro bono case where one of the sides pleaded that they didn't feel good about the contract they signed, but thats retrospective feeling. What is done is done. Its logic man, no law degree is needed here. Obviously judge accepted the logical side.

Dunno man. I just recently graduated. I have bar pass but not that much experience. Had only 3 cases so far.

Lawyer here, this shit will never hold in court. The judge will laugh at you. The principles of retroactivity in things like this is against natural principles of justice and logic all together. If you get a bad decision, appealing to higher court will guarantee you a success.

A growing trend (which I'm apart of) is to have really short hair on the sides and in the back, with some length on the top pushed to the side Don't follow this advice unless you want to look like a complete tool. Here in Malta everyone wears this haircut and it looks so bad.

Well, I mean how do I approach someone with this kind of "proposition"? Or is there no straight way? Do I have to flirt with many and see which is the one? I mean I can do it, but it would take longer.

Just a FYI, not everyone has to or needs to have children. This notion that everyone needs to have a family is extremely outdated. Before you start having children, ask yourself if its something YOU want or if its something that the society (relatives and parents and everyone around you) is assuming you should want. And don't let anyone tell you that without children your life will be "empty". It will not. It might be empty for those that truly wanted children but never had them, but for those t…
