1	Nice try though. I know, double post, but I thought of another great example of regulations gone sour: In my state and many other states, Tesla can't sell their cars. Why? The National Auto Dealers Association got a law passed to reinforce their methods of selling cars and requires all cars sold to be sold through dealers. 2	Nice try though. Where I live we don’t have the DMV. We privatized it years ago and it’s awesome. Okay maybe not legitimately exciting like a rock concert but it really is most convenient. You go to a private store called a tag agency and if one is busy you can go down the street to the next. I’ve never spent more than 20 or so minutes in one. There's nothing about majority opinion that makes it even remotely correct, and if we were really a democracy then civil rights, womens rights, freedom of speech, none of that would exist. 5	Nice try though. Nobody claims the free market would solve everything. There is no truly perfect solution to all the worlds problems. We just find the free market to be much better on average than other solutions.
