2	First attempt.First fail. You don't have to go to the gym 5 times a week unless you're advanced enough to do a split. A 3 day per week full body routine is much better and efficient for a beginner. If she doesn't have whatsapp or the photo isn't her, it's fake. Edit: Apparently you Americans don't use it so much.
