It depends on the location. Our hospital actually pointed out it was cosmetic and could be harmful in the classes they offered and checked server times as to the parents wishes. They also promoted breast feeding over formula and had a nice little sign on the door specifically saying no formula was to be offered when we said no. The whole experience was amazing for us.
