If you feel like this is a true friend, you owe it to him to speak your peace. Have him over to your house for a beer and to talk about wedding plans (his fiancé will approve of that for sure). When he’s there, ask him how he feels about everything, if it’s moving fast? See if you can pinpoint any reservations he might have. After he’s had a chance to talk, play your hand. Say - look man, you’re my best friend, I’ve always had your back. I think this marriage is a bad idea, and I can’t be a part…

fucking love 5 guys. Pro-tip: if you order a bacon cheeseburger, there's no limit to the amount of bacon and cheese included in the price. I've had an extra extra bacon extra extra cheese, grilled mushrooms, grilled onions, extra pickles, lettuce, tomato, and A1 sauce (sauce on the side) burger there for like 8 bucks. Hope my usual order doesn't dox me. Also - not a lot of people know about the Cajun fries. Normal fries but with cajun seasoning. So good.

- Your pursuit should not be happiness, but "tranquility". This is excellent. Have never heard this before. Will be using from now on. 10/10 post!

Dude - your early 20's are the BEST. Trust me. You don't want to wake up at 30 and realize you missed out on some cool adventures. Pick a country you've always wanted to visit and travel there for 3 months. Go backpacking around Europe and then Asia. You're free and you don't even know how good you have it.

I used to think like this too. It's understandable to equate rent = throwing that money away. I even went to a financial seminar back pre-Great Recession where a speaker had his whole presentation based on the question "Do you RENT or do you OWN? Winners and Rich people OWN." Over time, however, my views have changed. I see it as a fair transaction. I pay money in return for a place to live for a set time frame. I'll offer an analogy to explain my case: Federal tax deduction for Mortgage Inter…

I think this is healthy debate and discussion. I like when fellow MGTOW's challenge ideas. It's what we're known for. As a way of providing data/analysis, check this out: http://jlcollinsnh.com/2013/05/29/why-your-house-is-a-terrible-investment/ Read that article, look at the math (which I agree has some assumptions that I don't 100% agree with), and see things from the opposite perspective. My main takeaways: Housing prices have historically risen at the rate of inflation. Meaning, if your ho…

Serious question: Is no one else afraid of being injured? Every rider I've ever talked to tells me: "It's not if you lay the bike down, it's when." Friend of a friend is in a wheelchair (temporarily) while his shattered femur heals up. A lady hit him while he had right of way. Growing up, I remember meeting a German guy that had pins in his leg, which was also shorter than his other leg due to parts of bones missing, and he had trouble running on the treadmill and doing sports. Anyways, I obvi…

Friendly tip - 2019 IRA limit is $6000... https://www.irs.gov/retirement-plans/retirement-plans-faqs-regarding-iras-contributions or $7000 if you are age 50 or older. $6500 is either too much contributed - you WILL be subject to a penalty by the IRS. Or still have $500 more to contribute if OP is over 50y.o.

F*$king brilliant. I love that scene. Honestly Old Nan was an awesome character. She was a great storyteller. Reminds me of the Russian babushkas that are content being wise caregivers and cooks. They are valued in Russian society. And yes, when I hear of guys in my social circle getting married I chuckle to myself. I don't waste time or energy trying to red-pill anyone. That shit will happen eventually through experience, and the lessons will stick. I just want to thank all of you my MGTOW …

That’s that bullshit. This commercial is putting pressure on the guy to spend more on a “kick ass” ring so his fiancé can impress people that the guy doesn’t give a shit about. Classic example of buying shit you don’t need with money you don’t have to impress people you don’t really like. I encourage all my MGTOW brethren to explore escaping consumerism and the rat race. Don’t just go your own way with regards to females. GTFO this fucked system.

Well said. The shooting and scuba diving really resonated with me. My ex-NAWALT would never want to join. Those activities are more fun with the guys anyway. Seeing the way society gives women a free pass at the expense of men helps me say “fuck this shit I’m out” and has helped me discover MGTOW. I’m not going to be a wage slave in this welfare economy any longer than necessary to retire early and pursue my dreams. Hope all you brothers come with me.

Correct response is: "Doing Great. How about you? Did you enjoy your holidays (weekend, etc.)?" This re-directs the question back at them (we all know people like talking about themselves) and doesn't reveal any personal information. They'd be the awkward one if they ask you again or don't respond to your question. In my experience, this is the friendly/civil and stealthy way to dodge those conversations. Rarely, if ever do people ask again or pry. If they ask again, say "Hey, I'd love to catch …

Most likely a mature female and the male is younger. A new male unsure of himself will be challenged. After awhile he will assert his dominance. Most females weigh in near 300 lbs. males will weigh 450lbs with larger heads and jaws (perfect for fighting other males). She got the drop on him is all. Next time he’ll give her the STFU roar.
