| 2 | Acne and accutane?Accutane is mainly for more severe cases of acne. I had cystic acne starting end of sophomore year of high school. Took accutane junior year of high school for 5 months and the acne just disappeared. There have been a range of side effects. The biggest one I’ve experienced was extreme fatigue. My dad would pick me up from baseball practice and I couldn’t help, but pass out for the 30 min car ride to soccer practice.
