Don’t convince yourself that “I am enough”. Work on yourself to demonstrate “I am the prize”. You have to internalise it.

Is this real? Mate, you’re young - still a kid! Don’t get caught up in this nonsense, don’t seek validation - - all it ends up doing is making you an emotionally soft man-child. Instead, work hard on yourself to be the best man you can be; study, work hard, set goals for yourself, get fit, make friends, get socially competent, get a life... All really important life skills to be successful, independent and desirable. Good luck!

The fact that you’re here venting means you give a fuck. Focus on yourself, mate - work on yourself, your goals and your path. Good luck!

You need to calibrate to the situation. Sometimes it’s easy - you get all the signals and you go for it; no talk, no questions. Other times, you need to read the situation a bit more carefully... its not to be asked as a cold question for a binary response... you have to have done some groundwork beforehand to get to that situation, you’ve got the attraction through flirting, busting her balls, whatever, and the tension is there but still a little bit of uncertainty - it’s a no-rejection situati…

Three scenarios: You: “do you want to kiss me?” Her: “yes” Go for it! You: “do you want to kiss me?” Her: “Maybe” You: “let’s find out” Go for it! You: “do you want to kiss me?” Her: “No” You: “I didn’t say you could, but it looked like you had something on your mind...” You maintain your frame in each scenario.

Read 48 Laws of Power. I think it compliments How to Win Friends and Influence People in a way, as opposed to countering it, but in an interesting way that you might find interesting.

Yep. Ended LTR late last year after almost 5yrs. She wanted to go back home (overseas) in the short term and I couldn’t go due to a major illness my dad had. It ended s amicably as you could imagine, and I haven’t looked back since. Don’t underestimate the lessons you can learn from any LTR to make yourself a better man.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
