You make a valid point. But you're missing the problem, the problem is that men get judged and harassed by the woman sometimes for complimenting her and sometimes may get the authorities involved. So in my opinion we should fight the harassment reaction rather than normalize what many people consider creepy. And again I said before it all depends on context, the post said "random" which is most likely cat calling.

Very wrong, I watched the video twice to make sure I dont misinterpret anything.
