0	You can only follow a woman and she must be of color. I think it just means to have a diverse leadership council in the movement. It's not just referring to a sole leader. You know? Any movement that isn't bigoted has women and poc supporting, leading, and fighting for the movement. Also, it doesn't specify white people also, because you can pretty much assume white people are in most American movements.
