Therefore we don't have many info abiut their real SMV. It could be a guy with real low smv that is in the top 10% in this ranking(because of good self marketing for example). Not so useful for real life, although it is an intersting.

I understand as you too and I think this is nearer to Auerlio'd view. The quote it's about learning to value our opinions as we love ourselves. Not ignoring others opinions. Those matters too, but our should matter more to ourselves. I think it is always good to have several interpretations of the same sentence: some will be incorrect but it's a good exercise for the mind to discuss various points of view

For my experience my religion taught me to.be confident and to accept myself. And also to express myself fully but inside what is permissible. I accept also the spiritual side. Thank you. For me it is not only the desire to getting to know women. What I want to understand is if there are methods to know If the little voice.of.your head is from social pressure or from your believes. Sometime, especially for young men, it is hard to distinguish.
