15	My First and Hopefully Last Narcissist I stayed with a Narcissist for over two years. Trauma Bonding does that to you. I've since found my self esteem/self worth and would never put up with that again. 16	Girlfriend is kept secret and only ever referred to as a "friend" by her boyfriend of three years. Apologises to boyfriend for being "petty and needy". A guy I was seeing a few years ago did this to me after being together for just over 6 months. My response was "well I'm definitely not your girlfriend anymore because we're over". Block and delete. I feel for OP but really man... 3 years. Ugh. Fuck males who want all the benefits of a relationship without having the decency to label it as one.
