0	What ONE change gave you the biggest improvement? For example, today I walked home from work with said christmas temp girl. She was meeting some friends, so we went to part company. 0	What ONE change gave you the biggest improvement? Just generally making 'alpha' moves. Its worked out for me a few times this week with the new Christmas temp staff at work anyway. Make the move.
