Same. I used to think I had insomnia. Turns out my nervous system was running on fight or flight because of the abuse I let myself endure from my fat narcissistic ex. Even though I was stressed about leaving my kids ive never slept better than i did the night I left her tubby abusive ass. Go squish your boyfriend fatty haha

In the best case. More often though, in my circles experience, It stems from someone having resentments and feeling so justified in their actions and bad decisions that they will never admit to them haha

I can relate 100 percent. My stbxw must control everything, part of it is because that's how she is, and part of it I'm sure is so she can claim to do it all and make me look worse. Every single time I try to bring it up she acts like I'm delusional haha

What people say about you when you aren't there? That shit ain't your problem homie. It's theirs!

I'd say look up pro se or pro per divorce. It's like generally just enforcing or reinforcing the seperation agreement terms. You both agree to these terms you've laid out and notarized and boom. Or collaborative law? Maybe one lawyer for both of you? Obviously this only would work if both parties play ball.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
