I'm all for law and order and holding people responsible for their actions but are they really going to extradite from across the country for a misdemeanor? Misdemeanor warrants in NY aren't extraditable if they are more than one county away much less found in another state. Thats not even the worst case. There have been multiple cases of an adult woman statutorily raping a minor and ending up pregnant. Schools shouldnt be in the business of investigation and judgment. If a crime has occurred call the professionals and allow it go through the lawfully established channels of due process.
