25	Why does no one care about male genital mutilation (circumcision) ? Teach them to pull back the foreskin while peeing. This also helps for cleaning and preventing infections. Toilets in Europe instruct men to sit while peeing if they cannot do this. Pulling back the foreskin while young will help prevent the foreskin being too tight for sex as well later in life.
