Body positivity is just the made-up excuse for not having to make an effort with one's own appearance and, on top of that, even being able to shame others who shame fatness for it. Since women's appearance has a much stronger influence on their attractiveness than men's, most of the voices in the body positivity "movement" (I don't really want to call it a movement, because the term would at least imply an attempt to lose weight) are female.
