1	Alpha male doesn't pay her rent after receiving gifts. Don't have that issue. Wants to live in the same house, you split rent. Split groceries and bills to. Most gifts given are gonna be sentimental and not actively financially beneficial, or maybe a video game or hobby item she likes. Most women aren't like this just like most guys aren't douchebags.
