I suspect you have little knowledge of introverts based on your comment, introverts do not stay shut in their house all the time, they can go out into society and be productive for extended periods but still need time to recuperate, becoming a CEO is not done by spending all your time out and about 24/7, its about making the most of the time you have and I feel introverts are exceptionally good at accomplishing this.
