Thank you for checking the website and I appreciate the feedback, really valuable! You're right, it is not very clear, in terms of "submitting resources" it is very much on the idea that someone could identify something which may benefit other men and once submitted I can fit into a section with similar "resources", will look to make it more clear :)

Oh really?! I had a feeling it may not sit well with certain people but have made the point to keep it as anti-political as I could. I am really hoping people can understand that it is in everyone's interest that men can find the support they need without having to jump through various hoops.

Issue there isn't male teachers more so the treatment of male teachers. But, that only makes matters worse, with there already being a lack of male teachers, treating them wrongly only diminishes the chance of other males joining the profession..
