You're not the only one. She's a total bitch. She had no information to go on (unless you're leaving out particular parts of the story that make you look bad), could only project her own experiences onto the situation, and then couldn't control herself. Having said that, maybe don't start a new whatever with a gigantic lie (gigantic, here, meaning ridiculously easy to fall apart because you're relying on strangers to have your back). This doesn't belong here. In no way was she counting on her gender to protect her. She merely made a comment about a guy she thought was a creep. Was she wrong to do that? Absolutely. Should she be fired? Well, if I was running a restaurant and someone on my wait staff was making such remarks, I'd want to know and I'd fire him/her immediately. Can't run a service business with that kind of thing going on. So, yeah you're an asshole, but so is she. Either way, this still doesn't belong here.

The question, "who was in the right," is the wrong question to ask. Even if he tipped her 0, she can't just take the food. The question should be: if you prepay for food to be delivered and it's delivered, and then the deliverer takes the food, is that theft? And is it prosecutable?

You could be right about the pool, but small claims max is $5k. Edit: Pretty sure her max is, or was, $5k. Maybe that was based on the show's filming location (which is currently LA; idk if that was always the case). But, I feel like I remember that the applicable rules/laws for each case are based on the state in which the case was filed. However, I don't recall ever seeing an award of more than $5k. I'm sure neither story is the whole truth. Someone on here suggested that she just hated her neighbor so she killed him thinking she'd get away with it bc she's a cop. Seems kind of simplistic, but who knows, could be exactly what happened.
