For me it was Reading self improvement books, and then applying What i had learned. And then also What helped massively was starting boxing, it gave me a whole new level Of confidence and and Got me In shape which i wasnt In at all before that

Over invested meaning that you care too much about her and that’s what’s causing the nervousness You gotta do What you do with every other girl, don’t care and you will be more confident. I know it’s much easier said than done, but it’s how you will get rid of the nervousness that can potentially fuck up your chances with this girl. If I were you I would treat her like any other girl in your life even though you have a weird past. Hope this helps

Had a similar experience with a girl recently, and i over invested in her and it didn’t work out because of it. So you should not try to impress her or anything because doing so you’re seeking her approval which will make you unconfindent in front of her, which is a turn off

Ive taken some of you guys advice and invited her to eat and she agreed on Thursday she seems pretty happy about it. But how should I go about the date. I never been one so could use some advice. I met her in the grocery store she works in and hit it off. And the place we are going to eat is 15 min walk, but we have to go the same way home, she lives 5 min from me
