| 14 | So when it happens to a man it’s fine, but when it happens to a woman...I definitely agree, but I think there’s the fear of baseless and false accusations. While I know that those are rare, they do happen and with the #metoo movement the accusation is believed even without proof. That’s the fear that’s driving men to be less willing to mentor.
