No, bodily autonomy rights are not just something made up to frustrate you on this one specific topic. They actually exist outside of the abortion debate and always have. Being anything other than pro-choice is, in fact, advocating for forcing women to carry unwanted pregnancies to term. The clump of cells has every right to try and live after it gets removed from the host. It just doesn't have a right to force the host to continue carrying it.
