I am very new to the game and grueling work and mental stress which comes with it. In my last 3 weeks of trying. Going alone worked the best for me but you have to be in a certain state of self confidence. You must be in the zone or get in the zone before approaching and mood must be high. That's a nice observation. Actually I was watching this video about 8 winds in our life. Pain-pleasure, etc. So 4 pairs like this. And it was said in that the expectations we have create these feelings. If we don't expect then there is no feeling and anxiety. Then it talked about how do avoid being in the same situation again by adapting to things rather than keep thinking and blaming yourself, that only increases the pain.

Yes, I mainly went because my friends are going whom I met just a week ago. Because I am in a new city. And I also have my sister with me. Sometimes I feel that I get a bit apprehensive around people I am with and start thinking what they would think if I do this and all that shit. How to get out of that mentality and get my legs moving. Same thing happens with me if I am in a park and there is a girl crossing me, the words just don't come out of my mouth to say hi or start a chat.

Oh I tried that temporarily twice actually which I did not follow through properly and my hair started falling more rapidly. Now I have got no choice I guess, just embrace it and go completely naked head. Because I can't wait fucking months/years to have a head full of hair. Plus finasteride have side effects.
