Sounds like you don't know how to manage your thoughts objectively. This leads to you feeling anxious and beating yourself up. I would recommend this book: Feeling Good-David Burns

Haha I don't get if you're praising the red pill or making fun of it.

I feel like you gave me a whole summary of the sidebar. I really appreciate you taking the time to write this whole comment. Thank you. I have more confidence in explaining this concept to my other friends now.

I know. I lived in a Muslim country for most of my life. All women there (or a huge percentage) kept their virginity till marriage.

I honestly want to sit down and study everything on the sidebar but there are so many links into other links into other links and so on. It just seems never-ending and I would like to get some insight about this.

Thank you so much. It's very clear now. I'll be sure to check it out!

Thank you. This is honestly the answer I needed to kick me in the butt. I appreciate it a lot and I'll read it when I need to think logically.

You might wanna work on how you initiate people into red pill thinking. Your first reply was really good and made me think about my actions. Your second reply made me feel like shit and threw me to the floor. Your first reply made me want to read more about red pill, your second reply made me stay as far away from it as I could.

I read the 3 books by Rollo Tomassi. You're saying that wasn't enough and that I should also read the sidebar? I went through the book again (the first iron rule) and brushed up on the part about frame. I didn't know I misinterpreted it THAT much.

Wow. I never thought about it like that. I really liked your captain analogy. I didn't know that holding frame and establishing matters of fact are 2 different things. Thank you so much for making it clear to me. I'll start working on it with the new knowledge you gave me.

Exactly! Well said! We shouldn't feel bad and we should trust our gut feeling no matter what other people try to tell you.

Thank you! The number of people I've talked to about this and have told me that "it's in her past, it shouldn't affect you" or "she was different then, now she's with you and she loves you, unlike the guys she was with before" is countless. They constantly wanted to make me feel insecure about it, and I feel like (from reading all the comments) guys are also butchered for being immature or insecure if they say their partner's sexual past affects them.

I can't control it, and as I read through the comments, I'm not the only one. This gut feeling should be used as a red flag if you're considering an LTR in the future. But, of course, (and this is what I think you're talking about)if you want to spin plates, it shouldn't affect you, and I agree with you on that one.

That's the solution if you're young. But as I read through the comments, for when you want an LTR in the future and you're a bit older, you should look for girls that have not had a slutty past (maybe she's had some LTR's only).

Thank you! It really helps me not feel "insecure" as other people have told me

I thought about this. But let's say a few years go by. Everything is going great. And then at one point there's a friend's gathering and she starts bragging about her high n's in the past. Or maybe she just casually mentions them. What do you do then? It's already too late since you've invested too much. That's why I think it's better to know from the beginning, because it will pop up sooner or later, whether you like it or not.

Thanks for sharing! Really helps me feel like I'm not the only one that's gone through this. Anyway, I'm glad you've gone past the BP days and have bettered yourself! :)

"You simply have to move on". Easier said than done. But I don't think you've ever had that feeling in your gut and the constant sexual thoughts of your girlfriend with other guys.

Come to think of it. She was super depressive. Another thing that comes to mind is a friend of mine. He said that he would have multiple FWB, but at the end of the day, he would still feel empty inside. He basically became a workaholic to avoid confronting those feelings. Wow. Glad to see I'm not the only one who thinks that people with high body counts are usually also the people who are the most depressed.
