South Korea and Japan are more often used as examples for future developments. Especially regarding their dating culture, low birth rates and the resulting repercussions. Japan had tons of Hikikomori before incels even became a thing in the Western world. And their cultures seem to be more friendly to introverted people, but that doesn't make it easier for people to find their match either. I don't think that culture and how it deals with introverted people is the driving factor here (it still i…

Singleness in men is heavily correlated with employment status. Unemployed men are way more likely to be single. This could be a factor which explains your real life experience.

Goalpost shifting. I don't need to prove that it's s scam to prove that they sell stuff and that their advice is their marketing tool. Anyway, how do you define scam? You have to pay 50 dollars for a course that recycles free generic information from the internet. It also won't get you out of the "matrix" and you won't be able to live Andrew Tates lifestyle before getting jailed. You receive a product. You don't get what is advertised though. It's basically like those six pack trainer devices. I…

I'm not making the statement that anyone of them ia a grifter. Everyone can decide that for themselves. I'm just going against OPs claim that the Tates don't sell anything.

Andrew Tate famously sold his hustlers university course for 50 bucks that is advertised as the escape from "the matrix".

Tate brothers are way too polarizing and provocative for me. They work well as comedians but not at all as advice gurus. Hamza's beginnings are very inspiring for me but I still think that his world view is sometimes too polarized. Also he relies too much on bro science (f.e. video about testosterone). Still, he put out a lot of great advice about how to get out of a bad mental state. Never watched any Balkan gains video. I think that motivational videos are mostly a cope to procrastinate after …

That's not really true anymore. I would agree with you if you would be talking about past decades. I'm also just talking about getting more positive male role models into the zeitgeist. I would like to see more athletic but at the same time very articulated and knowledgeable dudes. Confident but humble.

Difficult as it involves so many moving parts. I guess getting more male teachers into classrooms would help. There needs to be more positive role models in general tho. Like on a cultural level. For me a different parenting style would've also helped a lot. My parents raised me with a laissez faire mindset. I wouldn't want to be raised by really strict parents either but I would've benefitted if my dad would've challenged me more on my excuses. But in a charming and funny way. I got away with a…

Fatherlessness and lack of male role models Society shifted away from promoting labour jobs such as woodcutter or factory worker and is now focusing mostly on jobs that require a lot of social networking skills. This means that there is no straight career path and orientation for boys anymore. There are no rites of passage, there is no "do x then y" after high school. This leaves many boys lost and without purpose. Instant gratification by social media (ironically, reddit too). I struggled with …
