Appropriate due process would it be the entire proceedings being held in camera, with anonymity on all parts, unless malfeasance is proven. Malfeasance may be in 2 forms, either a false accusation, in which case appropriate penalties, identical in severity, length, duration or any other measure as which would be applied in the case of an actual accusation.
