Thanks for the thoughtful input, definitely something to think about. Fortunately, we were able to talk more and she is willing to agree that it is not something you can really make an objective claim on. She also acknowledges that she has anger, and seems willing to work on it. That being said I have to seriously consider whether or not she is someone who will grow with me and contribute to peace and harmony as a partner.

Any platform that allows sexism is bad. Why is this such an unpopular take? Why is sexism against men allowed so much more than any other prejudice on social media? It sucks.

I don't oppose the literal and good-faith mission of feminism: to represent women's unique struggles culturally and legislatively. They do exist and advocating for women against those struggles is good. I do oppose what the charged colloquial ideology of what modern feminism has become. It's hard to be an ally when I am absolutely inundated with unchecked misandry both online and in my life. It has become pervasive and truly oppressive.

Tangentially related, but not wanting your girlfriend to wear slutty outfits and go clubbing without does not make you an insecure man at all. In fact it makes you a secure man with boundaries. Trying to justify the insecure take just makes you a bad person.

A surprising amount of men, especially on reddit, have also been gaslit and manipulated into being misandrist themselves. Something something "but I'm one of the good ones."

This is interesting, would you be able to substantiate your claims with quotes in the publication please? I'm asking this in good faith thank you 🙏

It's hard for you to believe that any man could have a lot of sexual partners? Lmao

Is it so offensive to believe that someone you don't know in the slightest has been with a lot of people lmao chill out

You're not wrong. The 150+ sexual partners I've had has lead me to understand how much the majority of women actively enjoy the power dynamics. Even women that are actively submissive and feminist have heavily played into the sexual dynamics I have participated in.

The amount of emotional support I have been obligated to offer my girlfriend(s) should honestly have earned me a nobel peace prize by now.

At this point literally any man that doesn't specifically cater to women are incels and any woman who isn't explicitly misandrist is a pick me.

You're not wrong. It took me a year to curate the algorithm on tik tok to not be so toxic. There's a ton of misandry on there, just for the sake of it. It's unreal.

Every female popstar does it on the back of "men are shitty, right ladies?" Like come on there's not a single wholesome popstar I can think of in this regard. It's so fucking weird.

The wild part is most women aren't even subtle about it. They wear it proudly front and center as part of their personality. No consequences.

As someone who literally got existed essentially for being put in the hospital by my girlfriend, I feel sorry for you because cops aren't gonna be nice to you.

Love it, thank you! Happy pride month as well, it doesn't have to be a zero sum game ✌️

I totally get it. But be careful not to take your past pain out in the girl you love today.

What makes it worse is the general response to even attempting to address it.

It's nice to know there are communities (albeit fringe) that value men. I typically get one of two responses to saying happy men's health month in real life, both angry: "where's women's mental health month?" And "it's actually pride month." Both of them make me feel really bad.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
