I think your frame is wrong. You don't become interesting to a specific woman. You broadcast qualities attractive to all women: dress nicely, smell good, being aware of your body language and stuff like that, which you can find videos about on youtube. Then, when you got that down, you narrowcast the qualities that you are most likely to have in common with the type of women you want to date. So have an identity, be it a vegan or a carnivore, someone into crossfit or Dungeon and Dragons, whateve…

I think this sums up your point very nicely: https://youtu.be/G0ZZJXw4MTA

Actually, that's not a strategy entirely without merit. However, not for the reasons redpill would have you believe. Our brains don't fully develop until in the mid twenties, as you can see from this neuroscience review study: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2892678/. It says there that: "The frontal lobes, home to key components of the neural circuitry underlying “executive functions” such as planning, working memory, and impulse control, are among the last areas of the brain to ma…

You might also want to try expressive writing (Pennebaker). It works for me, although I admit that I don't have nearly as many problems as you do.

Are you referring to The Blank Slate? This whole discussion seems to be nature vs. nurture. I think we need an infusion of game theory here to really get to the root of the problem. We also have to accept the gene-centered view of evolution. Player one: Man. Goal: Spread their genes as much as possible by having as many children as he possibly can with as many women as he possibly can. He should also ensure the survival of his children. Player two: Woman. Goal: Basically the same. The difference…

Indeed, you are not wrong; his success did not rely on him acting like a friend. In fact, I don't think his concubines dared refuse his advances. However, if you desire a life like his, you have a lot of work ahead. It's a high risk/high reward strategy. These men are the exception, not the rule. As much a product of circumstance and the times they lived in, and of their own character and favourable genetics. I don't think anyone can give you advice to get there - redpill or otherwise.

Sounds to me your idea of a life well lived is something like this guy: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ismail_Ibn_Sharif "According to the writings of the French diplomat Dominique Busnot, Moulay Ismail had at least 500 concubines and even more children. A total of 868 children (525 sons and 343 daughters) is recorded in 1703, with his seven hundredth son being born shortly after his death in 1727, by which time he had well over a thousand children." I can understand your... desires. I too woul…

These are all legitimate concerns. Absolutely do bring it up, but do it in a calm and non-accusatory way. Your needs do matter, and if she truly can't/won't meet them, then you need to find someone who can. But don't be rash about these things. Also, might wanna read No More Mr. Nice Guy by Robert Glover. It will explain how to be assertive about your needs. And maybe also Why Women Have Sex by Cindy Meston and David Buss.

I'm not sure what this proves. It's a study of only male monogamous titi monkeys and how they show separation anxiety. They didn't even study the female response.

If she has an avoidant attachment style, she probably will. If she has an anxious attachment style she may not believe you. If she has a secure attachment style; well it depends. If you say it too soon, she may doubt your judgement. Although there is such a thing as love at first sight (according to literature), it is far more likely that you are mistaking limerence for love (AKA the honeymoon stage). If I were a woman, I would be very sceptical about such declarations of love early on - especia…

I was a virigin until I was 25. It wasn't that I was physically unnatractive or uninterested in women. Far from it in fact. But my personality is that of an introvert + my main source of entertainment was videogames and Dungeons and Dragons. The girl I had sex for the first time actually saw me playing DnD, thought I was cute and messaged me on FB. From there, I took the initiative and asked her out (knowing at that time a little about pick up from books). She asked me after a few weeks of datin…

That... is scary indeed. The Stasi were much more insidious in their approach than say the KGB. One tactic they would use was to detain the group suspected to be involved in anti-government activity. Then release only one of them after an hour, and keep the others inside for a day or two. When the word got out that one of them was released earlier, the others would start suspecting that he made a deal with the police and this way trust would be corroded. The US also did similar stuff (see COINTE…

Why thank you very much. I became interested in the topic when I learned of it being used on a wide scale by the East German secret police (see Stasi and Zersetzung).

Good for you man. I have a question about that book you mentioned; would you recommend it as a preventive measure? Luckily, I haven't been abused in any way yet, but I would like to be able to recognize when someone is gaslighting me.

The problem with the red pill understanding of hypergamy is that it is too simplistic. They pick up the concept from evolutionary psychology and then use it to confirm their preexisting views. It's confirmation bias disguised as fact. To really understand what's going on, you can't merely rely on one theoretical framework to explain human behaviour. I think what makes the red pill arguments so popular and attractive is that they do have a grain of truth in many of their concepts. But they extrap…

Being interested is not a problem. You want to filter out girls that are responsive to you, not try to convince those that aren't interested. If you show (genuine) interest, and she's open for interaction, she will appreciate it. If you think about it; what does you showing interest indicate? Well, that you find her so interesting, that your interest is able to overpower your anxiety from showing interest. This is how women effectively filter men: the fearful men are self-disqualified and the on…

If I remember correctly from EvPsy, for short term mating, men lower their standards and women increase theirs. On average, that is. So your observation is likely true - I think people have even calculated gini coefficients for the mating market for women and men and found the same results.

Do not make the mistake I did and use dread game. That accelerated the downfall of my long distance relationship. From the Attachment Theory standpoint, the TRP is basically teaching how to act as an Avoidantly attached person and to make your partner Anxious (a terrible combination). From what you're describing, it sounds to me you are experiencing separation anxiety, and would like more reassurances to feel secure again. Instead of playing games and counting hours and minutes to check who resp…
