1	Boys are being outclassed by girls at both school and university, and the gap is widening idk if it just applies to Singapore, as the rules on caning are the same here in Malaysia as well lol. I get that you're angry, and that's perfectly fine, but it's a common occurrence in other countries as well as punishment for a crime.
