Im fairly certain it's correct, fertile women are all good enough and the men needs to prove themselves worthy, whats worthy about being the bottom half? a woman has better odds if she picks someone at random instead of someone in the bottom half. The men who father children has twice as many kids on average as the women who do but only half of them have children.
