–	Lawmaker wants regulations for Viagra Her BILL is satire. It's meant to point out the hypocrisy in the obsession with regulating women's health programs. She's just trying to point that out. I'm an MRA, and I know Mia personally - she's a good public servant. She's not saying "men are bad, take their viagra" she's saying "if you put all these restrictions on women's reproductive health, there should be similar restrictions on men's reproductive health." 1	Two Teenage Boys Charged w/ Reckless Endangerment for "Allowing" a Drunk Teenage Girl to Drive Home I'm not saying everyone complies. But it's usually just standard stuff for a liquor license. They agreed to the terms when they applied for it. Doesn't mean they always stick to them, but that's the nature of laws.
