1	I use auto suggestion when I lift to remind myself of the goals I want to accomplish. After 30 days: TBH, I forgot some aspects of this experiment, but I did stay consistent with filtering out negative thoughts. I felt much more positive, and had a lot more drive to finish work. Thing is, in my culture, putting on masks is very common unfortunately. It's sly put-downs.
