You forgot to add some burps in there. Awesome wisdom nonetheless, thanks Rick!

Good God. This made me put down my phone and stare at a wall for a good minute. I've never smoked, but I think I need one now. Anyone got a light?

And then everybody in the uber applauded, and the car applauded, and because no one was driving the car crashed, you died and are posting this as a ghost.

Don't know man. I mean, now that I look around I see dudes getting into relationships, and realize that they are limiting themselves. But at the same time I have a member of my family who seems to have a perfect relationship. I guess it's just another truth to swallow.

It's just...pathetic...I don't know how to say it, but I feel disgust thinking of such people. The ultimate act of spinelessness. They don't deserve a man card or a M E M E card.

After 30 days: TBH, I forgot some aspects of this experiment, but I did stay consistent with filtering out negative thoughts. I felt much more positive, and had a lot more drive to finish work. Overall, I felt more confident and laid back. This time around, I will write down these steps so I can do all of them.

Thanks man, that makes sense. My grandpa and an uncle are the only ones happy about me lifting.

On a separate note, good God dude...this explains all the snide remarks my extended family (especially my aunts) say to me about my lifting.

Nice man! I'll review these tips... On a side note, should I invest in contacts, or could I use them as contrast to my physique?

It was sort of like a punch in the gut when you realized the ones you could trust like family had this side to them. TBH, I was bummed out. Even might go as far to say it hurt.

This makes you sound sorta green. When I first read TRP, I took it to an extreme like you're doing. Being polite=/=doormat.

Alright, let's have a shot at Level 2. Question 6: ”Are you gay?” -Just for Daniel Craig. Question 7: ”Wow. Your friend Chad is hot.” -He can shred a guitar better than Malmsteen too! Question 8: ”I have a boyfriend.” -(Sound of disbelief, raised eyebrows) What, the invisible one? Question 9: ”I don’t date little boys/old men” -Good, me neither! Question 10: ”Sorry, I don’t just give out my number.” -I'm guessing you don't have any friends then?

Dude, I almost contracted oneitis (currently in monk mode) over that one tall chick in class. A few weeks later, here I am thinking, what the FUCK was I doing? Practiced RP techniques on other girls, got positive responses. Not even a problem now.

Oh, I made the bodybuilding and other goals apparant, but some of them scoff out of jealousy. Mainly my painfully BP older cousin. Thing is, in my culture, putting on masks is very common unfortunately. It's sly put-downs. Call them out on it, and they start acting like I insulted them mortally- a "respect elders no matter what" mentality. I will try your advices.

Here goes (beginner): Question 1: ”Are you a player?” -Totally, isn't it obvious? (With a smirk/don't give a damn smile) Question 2: ”Yeah, I bet you say that to all the girls..” -Since it's worked so well it's a favorite. Question 3: ”What’s the matter? You look so sad.” -Yeah, I'm gonna go home, watch Titanic and cry myself to sleep with ice cream. Question 4: How many girls have you slept with?” -1, 2, 3, (mumbling numbers) uhhhh crap, I lost count. Question 5: ”Are you seeing anyone else?” -…

Same situation. I won't tell everything, but my dad has never worked since he came to America. It was always my mom. She was the same overly attached mother. My father is pretty much a narcissist, as he had a fucked up childhood. Lots of fights between them and shit ever since I was a kid. Bad stuff too. Wasn't taught anything besides how to be "good" and study. Same brainwashing for the rest of my extended family, only one cousin is unplugged. My dad and I do have good interactions, but you nev…

Glad I found this sub. The punch-in-the-face factor was huge. I am given a bottle of red pills, now it's up to me to start the dosage.
