Those days are gone". I agree with the "pick on someone your own size" philosophy, but I feel like it works both ways. If you're much smaller than someone do not just trust in their generosity and assume it's totally OK to assault them without any reprisal due to the fact that they're so much bigger than you. Coming at you with a weapon would constitute using fear, and that's the same in the eyes of the law as if they physically assaulted you to get your money. The law on that, as it's been explained to me, is that if you use either force or fear to get something from someone, then that's a crime. I've always thought it would be interesting to do this as an experiment just to gauge people's reactions: have a woman (who is in on it) go up to a man (who is also in on it) at a bar or club or something and have her just walk up and slap him hard across the face without saying a word to him, and then have her walk away. Would people think that was totally uncalled for or would they figure he probably had it coming?
