She brought up an interesting point about Smurfette, though. Boys are Brainy, or Architect, or Doctor, and girls are... Smurfette. This reminded me of the Girl Writes What video where she talked about women being human beings, but men being reduced to human doings. One side of the issue is that boys can be anything they want, but girls are first and foremost girls. But the other side is that women are people, while men are their professions. Just thought that was interesting

Yeah, the article interviewed a couple of men who make a lot of money doing sanitation, and because it's so physically demanding, end up with great bodies. But every time the guys went on dates or talked to women, they could see the women's attitude change the instant they found out the guy worked garbage. The guys end up becoming jaded because every girl they talked to eventually revealed that she felt too good to be dating someone in sanitation (or roadwork, I think)
