It is a culturally accepted practice a lot of places. It is something you can't decide for yourself, but it is a much bigger deal if you wait till later in life. Then it would possibly affect pleasure since your brain has developed those pathways to the now missing nerves. I just don't see it as a big deal. In the United States people make fun of having an uncircumcised penis. It may, be unfounded, but it is the cultural norm here. The real reason is their moral objection to it all together, but can't outlaw it because of the Supreme Court. They do what ever they can to make it difficult or impossible for women to have one.
