And she basically said that it’s okay for her to have a special interest but not her partner. Is that seriously what you read and not the whole part about him bulldozing over her? Conversations are a two way street. Not sure what your argument is Eh, to be honest it was just that I wanted the correct information relayed over here. Never a fan of misrepresentation.

That would have already happened during the investigation of the rape case. Accusers are cross examined and questioned, and in the UK the police take your phone to look for evidence of either fabrication or rape.

You're not proving the accusations were fake, you just think they are. I'm not sure how many more times I can explain that a lack of proof something happened is not proof that it didn't happen.

if you declare somebody innocent of a crime , but still claim that it could might happen that crime , despite the fact you don’t have any LEGIT proof that crime actually occurred! Because as far as we know there is no any evidence that he actually did it ! And you also don’t have solid proof that he actually did it! But at the same time you can claim that it might actually happen ,but you don’t have evidence to proof it?(so what’s the whole point of innocent until proven guilty? For the person t…

The accusations are examined before the case makes it to court. Constant cross-referencing, questioning the victim and in the UK, the police take your phone to look for evidence of either false allegation or the allegation itself.

I just want to place a holding comment here for now because I'm going to sleep, but I will reply properly in the morning.

As I said again reverse this to opposition gender or female , you how would you feel to be Benjamin Mendy,or another woman in the same position ? It's not really relevant, because again we don't know for sure that he didn't do it. IF he was truly innocent I'd feel sorry for him but there's no reason to be sure that he is. And the exact same flies for any woman accused of similar crimes too. No matter the person, no matter the accusation, a not guilty verdict is not the absolute authority on what…

What are you talking about, what does this have to do with anything I said? It doesn't, because you're still not grasping that a not guilty verdict is not absolute proof of total innocence and that the accusation was fabricated. You seem to want revenge but you can't prove Mendy was deliberately wronged.

Are you serious, right now ?💀, he used to be Manchester City footballer (Bruh 💀check on Manchester City website team squad,BBC Sport,Wikipedia) prominent future star, he got drop from the team as soon as the claim and accuse (of rape )came up public and he has been dropped by main sport sponsors (AKA=millions of pounds £). Shit sorry, my bad. Thanks for correcting me. ETA: the above is originally what you wrote, at least put an ETA if you're going to change your post five minutes after submissio…

You're not listening - there's no proof they were lying. So why should they face consequences? Don't you believe in innocent until proven guilty for them too? The article hasn't said anything about him losing his job and money either, that's speculation.

Because in this case the allegations weren't proven false like with the other case you mention. Just because an accusation doesn't have enough evidence to pass court standard doesn't mean the accusation was false. It just means there wasn't proof beyond reasonable doubt. That's why these ladies aren't being charged and why it's a bad idea to immediately assume allegations are fabricated if the verdict is not guilty.

Are we referring to the same person? Because their comment was and I quote: "This I've tried dating autistic men as a autistic woman but it never worked out. They would bulldoze over my special interest with theirs and wouldn't let me get a word in. I learned to only date nt guys because at least they semi tolerate my off and on talking of special interests. even if they found me annoying they'd let me talk at least"

I was also on that thread and actually the autistic women said they found it hard to date autistic men because they steamroll over a ND girlfriend with their own special interest only, or because (according to the posters) ND guys are a bit more obsessive or objectifying with regards to women. At least pass on the message correctly.

A few men pay the majority of them, because those few men are billionaires. There is not a widespread gender tax gap going on here.

If it is something a woman is really worried about, she shouldn't have sex. Cool, sure, but take this over to the Red Pill guys and they'll insist on finding ways to manipulate her into having sex anyway. Women can say no but men need to respect those nos too.

But runaway fathers opt out all the time. They find loopholes to avoid paying support or agree to visitation to reduce support and then don't visit. The mother then has a hell of a time chasing them up through the courts.

but rather that he's cutting to the chase and choosing to avoiding being taken advantage of someone who's attempting to covertly jerk him around by offering him fake friendship? Where does this "fake friendship" happen aside from Red Pill philosophies on the internet?

And how much it happens. When this word is tossed out it usually comes with a couple of celebrity anecdotes and no actual data.
