Took me a second to get what you meant. If you put "society" before both, it would have made perfect sense.

If you are sincerely looking for downfalls of feminism on reddit, just ask mra. I've seen quite a few posts from feminists asking exactly that. My opinion on it is that we both have the victim mentality by saying "look at this. We have to do x more than you." I do think there is a lot of leniency towards women when it comes to court case outcomes, work environment, general acceptance in society.. I think a lot of the huge talking points if feminism are myths of greatly skewed data to present a f…

I found that out after about 2 months of being subbed there. Honestly, good sub idea, horrible community. Also, nobody uses the NAH, NEED INFO, or ESH. It's legit either NTA or YTA. It's so common to see people say YTA even when all parties are shitty.

Nice. I used to watch the caps a lot from like 2014-2016. Sadly, I stopped watching right before they won their first stanley cup. Honestly.. might start watching them again. Welp, thanks for elaborating on the post. Hope you have a nice week, my dude.

Ahh. I know which one you're talking about. That picture was absolutely fucked up. I can't believe people actually think like that.. Side question: is your username reference to the Washington Capitals?

I don't even know what to say. This is a joke right? No, I'm definitely dreaming. This is possibly the most insane contradiction I have seen in my life.

Haven't you heard people say "Reddit is the 'not like the other girls' of social media" ? Edit: not trying to start an arguement with you. We need to be civil with eachother. Especially with all these ridiculous "men suck" bullshit that is going around.

I literally read "it's no mystery that women make 89 cents per mans $1" and stopped. I need no other information to know where this is going

You retards need to read. I don't think what happened is ok. What I've been saying was that the guy I replied to blew the context out if the water by saying the 16 year old boy was drugged and raped. The kid was given alcohol and admitted that he didn't feel pressured into sex. She should have gotten a charge for sexual misconduct/relations with a minor. I DON'T THINK ANYONE SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN OFF SCOTT FREE. DOES THIS HELP IF I TYPE IN CAPS?

Lol.. I'm the dumbass. Right. I know alcohol is a drug, but can we at least agree that "drugging someone" and "drinking alcohol" are 2 completely different scenarios.

Did you even read my comment? The answer to your question is in there.

Don't blow this story out of the water. In that article, it says the he was hoping for sex AND didn't feel like he was being taken advantage of. He wasn't drugged, she gave him alcohol. I do agree that if the genders were reversed, the guy would be a registered as a sex offender and serve jail time.. but to suggest that this teacher drugged and raped this 16 year old boy is just not true.

This is fucking disgusting. I understand that this sub is supposed to show hypocrisies with double standards, but this is almost too much. "I don't know the situation with the divorce... but I think this is quite fabulous" seriously? I'm sure it'd be hilarious to destroy her reproductive organs just because we have a disagreement. I don't really know the details about the arguement.. but seeing her in such pain is quite funny. Piss off with that.

My reasoning.. women choose to be part of these rallies why men stay on their career path and ignore the little inequities that men/women have. Also 'men' is in women.

I have a hard time justifying both of thosr cases as rape though. Maybe it's because of the culture around it/how I've been raised because of culture, hard to say. This has strayed far beyond the initial point of 'all guys like sex.'

Lol.... you're right. I should have told her to stop or at least use a condom when I was black out.. oh wait. Already have twice.

Pretty much the words people say when I tell them I hooked up with someone even though I didn't want to. "Oh, you're a guy, you liked it" and yes, it's been more than once.
