I mean, I'm sure a lot of those women might've still been against abortion and still voted for him for other reasons. Honestly, it's pretty dumb to have considered abortion in this election (IMO) because Trump nor Kamala can really do much about abortion since the supreme court overturned Roe v Wade. It's unlikely another justice will die or resign within the next four years, especially if Kamala had won, so really nothing could've been done about abortion in my view. Could be the case many wome…

Political beliefs absolutely should matter. Lots of politics involves views on morality as well as financial perspectives. These are two things you should absolutely be aligned on with your partner. Your modern married couple has LOTS of issues because most people nowadays completely ignore how they and their partner are aligned on financial decisions.

Is this rage bait? LMAO Not to mention, there isn't a crazy gap between men and women being for or against abortion. Lots of men support abortion being legalized and lots of women are against it.

It was a rhetorical question. My insinuation is that it's a dumb thing to care about.

Who cares? This is chronically online thinking. More "red pill" guys I know want I just described. Very few people IN the red pill leaning way of thinking in real life don't actually want a submissive woman fully. They just don't like disagreeable women.

30-35 is less ideal to start having kids than 25-30. That isn't a personal attack, that's just what the reality is.

The point kind of went over your head. For someone who is apparently 30, you're giving a very emotional response.

2 of my friends who are pretty serious about marriage and having kids are planning on trying to marry their girlfriends pretty soon because they want to start having kids by at latest 30. I don't have a girlfriend currently, but when I do get one. I plan on ideally starting a family in a couple years by 25. We all want this for the reason we know it's better for the health of our future wives and kids to start then and not later. I promise you, most men serious about marriage and having kids def…

But you're right, they won't cast you aside JUST because of your age but let's be real, your not as likely to have a healthy pregnancy at that age.

Sure, but you have less options. 35-40 year old men have the options of women late 20s to 40. I'd assume 35-40 year old women want 35+ men. Also higher quality women are probably younger because good women are very quickly found. You'll have hard competition waiting that late.

I know I'm not answering this prompt, but I don't really like the way of thinking creating this black and white extremes. In my view, society works best with parts of both. Staying a virgin until marriage, having kids young, and also having the ability to choose financial freedom and freedom, but ideally staying at home with a husband who provides and respects your perspectives (but this scenario only really for having kids.

Well I think men do really bond over shared interests and doing things together more than women so. It's no surprise that when a woman meets the emotional and sexual needs as well as the wants of what a man would want for and friendship that's the ideal. You get everything you want in a person packed in one.

Oh yeah you definitely didn't ask your previous question as an attack on me 💀. So you admit your data can be misrepresentative, don't understand there are differences in how younger generations are dating, and all the while think your data has disproven my point despite all this. I don't see the point of arguing with you anymore if you're missing information.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/24 05:18 PM

You ever been with a woman? Or at least one that REALLY liked you? Ones who find you more impressive, whether it's your looks, a skill, or personality, generally are a lot more enjoyable to date and longer lasting.

It's kind of common knowledge our generation dates differently than previous generations. Our generation sleeps around more, is less inclined to have children, etc. you're unaware of this? Again you keep going for ad hominems it feels, I live in a college town. I probably talk to new girls as well as guys almost everyday at work or in my classes. And of course you think it's 0, it makes you feel better to keep trying to poke at me than make an actual argument against what I'm saying.

I think you're missing what my post is referring to, most guys born as girls would not continue to behave as men. Most people forget they're conditioned to act the way they do, you wouldn't be into the same things as a girl most likely.

Data and statistics are all great and it seems like you take a lot of pride in using it since you have your tag is "Science Pilled Man" but I think you're not really acknowledging how unrepresentative most statistics are of different environments that allow or don't allow people to behave in certain ways. That's why my anecdotal evidence is even relevant, your statistics aren't comparing the opinions of men and women in different environments. Unless you can find some not really sure how you've …

Yeah you're missing the point. The point being when I have to do less work to be interesting it's probably because I'm more attractive to said person.

More accurate to how people genuinely are. I'm sure people my age will be much more different as they get older and start caring about what job someone has and playing nice pretending they're something they're not to lock someone down. It's very clear to see amongst my 30 year old sisters friends who do it.

I 100% agree. The hardest thing about being heterosexual is not being able to truly understand the other gender in a way that would make an absurd difference in your quality of life. If I keep the knowledge I have now as a man as a woman? My life would be so fucking easy. It'd be so easy for me to be with a guy I wanted and keep reasonably, it'd be so much easier to deal with men, especially male coworkers, I'm sure I'd have creepy dudes being creeps as there are always guys like that, but I'd b…

I have, but those are clearly satire AT LEAST from what I've seen. It'll be an average looking dude with a girl who's relatively good looking a lot of the times I've seen them. They're clearly rage bait, and SOME of the girl ones are rage bait too but a lot of them I can tell aren't especially when girls in the comments share their own experiences.

How can it be even when women don't find most men attractive, and most men find most women attractive? You're not comparing apples to apples, thinking it's even based on gender purely from that standpoint doesn't make sense. You do realize men don't date women they don't find attractive, generally speaking? Like if a man thinks your unattractive, he MIGHT sleep with you but he's definitely not dating you unless he's a small proportion of very desperate men. I'm not sure if you just have too much…

I mean I think it's harder to remain a virgin as a woman than it is for a man. I feel like a lot of women have sex (beyond the fact women want sex too) with guys quickly just to pander to them because they at a younger age don't know how to get a man to like them beyond providing sex. Are you so sure you wouldn't fall down that hole as a woman?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/24 03:14 AM
1

I think you have the misconception I'm referring to. Things wouldn't be symmetrical. These women who behave this way would probably be socialized to not because of the implications of how their decisions as the gender they are affect them.

Respect that you acknowledge thing's don't magically get significantly better or that you'd have the knowledge you have now as the opposite gender. Maybe think this the case, men and women, and I think they're most all very ignorant for thinking this. Myself as a girl would lean towards being more traditional because of the way my family raised me, so I think I wouldn't be led astray as much as most modern women as far as understanding men and what not, but I recognize I wouldn't fully understan…

I don't agree with seeing yourself as higher than what is reality. That's why girls get with guys who use them for sex, one post that stuck in my mind was "when you realize you're attractive enough to sleep with, but not for him to date". I think if this girl had a better understanding of her own attractiveness she'd have an easier time sniffing out this sort of behavior from men. Not that that alone is enough, she should've been able to sniff other aspects of his behavior to tell he was this wa…

I was already familiar with the men assuming interest from women more often than is the case. I'm not sure if there's possibly a generational gap to consider with a lot of the data on male and female behavior. I'm Gen Z and Gen Z from what I understand behaves much different than previous generations. A lot of guys my age have very low self esteem, and most girl's my age can be pretty hard to impress (in my college town at least, at home it's totally different).

In the context of giving your opinions over gender discussions it's worth understanding where the other side comes from and whether you would think the same thing if you were them. Nothing about this post is suggesting you SHOULD care, just understanding why other people care and whether that'd be valid if you were in their shoes.

Also I think you're right for your 1st response, I just don't think most people do that. My initial example was just one example of the many ways in which men and women, ESPECIALLY in this subreddit and on online discourses misunderstand each other.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/24 07:37 PM

I think this is generally untrue. I think men who outperform most men have overinflated self worth. Not applicable to most men in my opinion. Especially in high school, I'd see many otherwise average women comment on other mens looks who are on their level in my opinion as far as how unattractive they were. Men overinflate their abilities probably, but women overinflate their appearance and appeal probably. Also no one can have a fully accurate assessment of what their equivalent is, just their …

There's a pretty simple couple answers to your question. I think the discourse people have in this subreddit would especially be easier if people acknowledged what they would be like as the opposite gender. Some men and women like to act as though the other gender is more flawed than their own for certain behaviors not willing to understand certain viewpoints and behaviors are reasonable when coming from their lived experience. I don't think women "hit a wall" per say, but I think it gets harder for a few reasons. You're competing with more women. At 21, you're probably competing with women between 18-22. At 30, you're probably competing with women anywhere from 23-35. Following these numbers you PROBABLY have 3x more competition. Male libido is lower. If we're assuming you want a man your age, men's sex drives are lower than in their year 20s. This meaning the way you look has less of an impact on whether a man will c…

I think a lot of it depends on the environment. Like I'm probably a solid 7 for men my age 18-22. On my campus? I'm pretty uninteresting to most girls unless I prove I'm interesting. In my hometown? Most girls my age seem to be interested when I interact with them whether it's the grocery store or restaurant etc.

It's inevitable it'll be harder as a woman. I think men respect men more generally and women respect women more generally. If most coworkplaces were female dominated it'd be easier to be a woman. Is what it is.

What are you referring to specifically? I agree I don't really face many of the same issues either but I think I'm just lucky that I attract what I like in a girl.

/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/24 10:19 PM

Look, I believe you. But I think men experience much more variance in respect. The highs and lows of men respecting men are greater than for women. If you lean towards the bottom, I doubt sincerely being a man would be better for you.

Can't find the exact statistic but the only partner being their spouse couples cheat the least. Your first claim is invalidated by that.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/24 08:40 PM
2

Also you're not accounting for generational differences. These statistics could apply to older demographics than younger Millennial or Gen Z demographics that are sexually more promiscuous than previous generations. I can believe in older generations men cheated more, in this one? I doubt there's a difference if not more. Women nowadays get around more than men do.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/24 08:39 PM
2

Do men lead because they cheat more or because women don't admit it as often?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/24 08:35 PM

I had to learn to be more assertive and outgoing than my nature is for other men in the workplace to respect me.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/24 08:32 PM
6

I don't want to turn this into a debate that isn't what it was originally, but if you're a shy man, men are less inclined to respect you. Speaking from experience. Shyness in men is seen as weak and you're probably more respected as a shy woman than a shy man. An outgoing woman vs an outgoing man is a different story though.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/24 08:32 PM

You're missing the nuances of what I'm saying. Both settle, women generally probably to a higher degree.

Promiscuous women are the ones MOST inclined to sleep with you as a man, what LMAO. Female coworkers or friends who were promiscuous have ALWAYS been the ones who would push sexual undertones in our conversations and one of them basically offered to let me come inside her place to "check out her succulents" after I dropped something off to her and she came out wearing nothing but a large t shirt it looked like. Women don't seem to be much better, it seems a lot lie in order to seem more moral. My thinking this coming from someone I watch who does clinical work, she says a lot of her clients who are male will cheat and admit to cheating to her vs female clients will cheat and half the time not see it as cheating. For example, a wife cheats so the husband will be like yeah I cheated on her back because she cheated on me. Vice versa will be husband cheats and wife fucks someone else to cheat and it'll be …

Not a good argument against it. Everyone has to settle to an extent and it's probably the case women settle harder than men do. I've seen regularly online or on tiktok women will make posts about their "ugly boyfriends" disrespecting them and how they're on thin ice and thousands of comments of girls thinking it's funny and agreeing, so although most people are coupled up with their looks match, I don't most are HAPPILY coupled up.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/24 07:34 PM

My thing is like a lot of people get pushed towards doing it because women seem to be a lot more influenced by other women as well as giving into men, they like to do things they otherwise wouldn't in hopes to appease them (or so it seems to me). I don't really accept this behavior from women anyway, but I do feel sympathy for the one's that choose to do so when they really don't want to. I'm not the type of guy who has ever pushed a girl to sleep with me even though with some girls that have li…

I agree to an extent with your last part. People underestimate how attractive androgynous features are. That being said. I think incredibly feminine men are generally more attractive as women and vice versa but more often than not I think it's the case the same genes vice versa do about the same.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/24 07:30 PM

Be careful with that though, it's not always symmetrical just because you're siblings. For example, if your brothers 6"1 and you're 5"2 as a woman, you aren't an equivalent 6"1 guy, you're like a 5"7 guy. That's only looking at the metric of height/physical appearence, gotta consider this for personality too. Also my own brother is way less capable with girls than I am, just because of my personality I'm a lot easier to get along with than he is so way more girls have liked me than him. I think …

I've even heard men who have "played the field" even admit if you're a guy who wants to be happily married or with just one girl not to do the same because although they can romantically be happy with 1 woman, their sexual desires will never be fulfilled by 1 woman (the only exception to this advice being red-pill bros who say sleep with at least 50 women or you won't be able to satisfy a girl, sounds like you lean towards agreeing with these types).

I never used the term "slutshamers" and from the way you're talking you sound kind of insecure. Dawg live your life how you want, but statistically people who sleep around tend to have dispropriately less happy marriages, are more likely to cheat, and are more likely to end up divorced. The least likelihood of all 3 are people who were both virgins at marriage. Again, live your life how you want, but promiscuity is not an arbitrary thing. And obviously men who have an issue with it aren't going …

These are just generalizations. Obviously not everyone feels this way. Also thinking you need to have sex with a lot of people to have a good exciting sex life sounds like a bad cope. People who are genuinely very attracted to their partners don't seem to have needed to have had sex with other people or anyone else beforehand to have good sex lives. But maybe I'm wrong, who knows.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/24 06:21 PM

Most men who won't commit are using women for sex. A lot of men fear the consequences of marriage (i.e divorce). A lot of modern women are very promiscuous in comparison to the past. You can still be an awesome person as a woman who's slept around and a guy may want to date you, but it may be harder for him to see you as his special person when he knows to other men out there you were happy to be their slut for the night (this language may bother people, especially women, but men know this is ho…

A lot of women won't like me saying this, but how much modern women sexualize themselves has a big part to play in a lot of modern men's lack of ambition to BE men (i.e. work to provide for a family). A lot of men who I've seen (and JUST for the record, most of this is coming from comments on the internet, including reddit) take issue with the idea of being with a woman who has a "high" body count or isn't a virgin. It's hard to want to call a woman your wife and mother of your children when she…

Definitely does, I have a crooked nose. The degree to which my attractiveness changes if the angle shows it's crooked vs doesn't is a LOT. /r/PurplePillDebate02/05/24 06:32 AM

I see women complain a lot (I'm sure not a lot but a good amount) about how men are not chivalrous, won't ask women out on dates, don't meet their standards (maybe for some their lifestyle, what they want in life such as marriage and kids, don't make enough money), or there just aren't many of them out there. Reality is like, MOST men would love to be this. Most men would love to ask women out on dates, be chivalrous, ACTUALLY be with women instead of people porn addicted basement dwellers, or e…

Yea you're not getting it because you don't see the nuances. Obviously men value commitment and obviously women also value sex, but between the two each gender values one more because it's harder to achieve. Men generally can get commitment before sex, and women can generally get sex before commitment, therefore what is received after is valued more.

I've said this in the past, but I think paternity tests should be required at birth to have a father on the birth certificate for the reason that a substancial number of children are born every day, and the fear of being left alone with no man to help you financially/emotionally to support your child will, with what I believe, help discourage cheating and save those men from raising children that aren't theirs. I'd also imagine it'd make child support and custody agreements much easier for the c…
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/23 02:55 AM

Maybe because we're in different environments, but honestly the degeneracy of our society is so quick to be defended from my experience. To be fair, so men do this too, but I've heard of girls who know their girlfriends are cheating and will back them up/not tell their boyfriend. It seems like with things like cheating, most people judge on such a minimal level/do not care.

I guess to me the equivalent could possibly be a girl sleeping with a married man, getting pregnant, then that guy leaving his wife/girl to raise the child with that other woman. Not quite the same equivalent but this happens to some women and some will do that. But also again, guys don't think or give a shit about other men that they don't know. To an extent I think you're right, but (I'm guessing you are a woman) you should understand women have much more capability to be cunning and deceptive compared to your average man. Even my extreme feminist type friends will even admit, women can be ruthless. They are just much more naturally socially attuned than most men which is why this sort of deception is easy. I've seen entirely average women sleep with decently good-looking guys because the girls are an easy fuck. Also, since you are a woman maybe you have a complete underestimation of how low men will stoop to get easy sex. You don't have to be attractive, you just have to not be ugly. There has to be some truth to this. Reality is a guy who's slept with multiple women is probably going to be better than a guy who's slept with less or is maybe a virgin until said girl. Most women don't realize the male equivalents of themselves most likely would not be as good in bed as the guys they fuck (for one-night stands). Being entirely average is going to give you less sexual opportunity and less opportunity to learn. If you're a woman, do you believe some of what he says to be true? I…

As a guy on a college campus, it's true. The guys who were on my floor who were very good looking were sleeping with entirely average women. I'd remember thinking "Wow, if the genders were reversed, he as a girl would never be interested in her as a guy." Because a lot of these girls weren't as attractive as the guys. (In the context of hookups and quick flings, not girlfriends).

He's meaning beneath in looks, personality, etc. But I think if you're a woman looking for a man who'll want to take you seriously (girlfriend or eventually a wife), how difficult you make it to sleep with you will make you more attractive to more conscientious marriage-oriented men. That being said, this will NOT work if you've had previous one-night stands or quick flings. If you make it any more difficult to sleep with you than he finds out you gave to previous guys, which will probably make …

Men probably hide the girls they fuck because men will fuck down. I don't think most guys will be ashamed of their girlfriends or even care what their friends think of their girlfriends generally.

How does this make sense when most women rate most men as not attractive, and most men rate most women as attractive? It's that men go for what they can get, which is less attractive than themselves because it's easier. For this reason, it makes no sense how in general women view themselves as less attractive than they actually are. It might be true men over-inflate their qualities and abilities, but their ATTRACTIVENESS? Absolutely not. If a man thinks you are his equal, he will date you, if he…

It's culture, and that's both men and women. If women don't want to be treated like trash don't go for men that won't respect you/want nothing more from you than sex.

I don't think there is such thing is unconditional love, with the exception maybe what a parent has for their child and vice versa. I think almost always love outside a family is conditional. I think there are less conditions for women to be loved by men. I think the upside to this for men is there is more you can do to be loved but that's a double-edged sword because when that is gone less conditions are met.

"With this mindset, what’s the point of even trying? All women are the same and if your genetics have failed you then there’s nothing you can do. The best course of action for men who think this way is to simply give up." This is literally what some men do. You're right, this is not how all women are. But it seems the more optionality women get, the pickier they are, naturally. Men would be the same way if given lots of optionality. I think that being said though the issue this poses for a lot o…
