It's not a prenup, it's from the fertility clinic

When you drop below a certain percentage of body fat, menstruation stops. I believe the parent comment is saying this can happen with hormone based birth control too. https://www.betterhealth.vic.gov.au/health/ConditionsAndTreatments/menstruation-athletic-amenorrhoea#lp-h-2

He's not doing it to the kid. Decisions have consequences. Yeah, it sucks to be the kid but this is the mother's fault.

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that somebody who would do this probably has drug or alcohol problems, so those kids were probably damaged goods coming out of the womb. It's also possible that the father was black and while it's true that people are lining up for healthy white babies, people who can afford an adoption aren't looking up for fetal alcohol syndrome babies or colored babies that are clearly not biologically theirs. Not saying that's the case but this is likely a situation wh…

According to /u/spez on a post I don't have handy, that practice is against the Reddit rules. I suggest reporting the behavior and if enough people report it maybe somebody will take notice.

It's actually not but it certainly doesn't help the conversation immediately. My wife already accuses me of having no filter and she's mostly right.

I put my wife's period on my Google calendar. When we get into some crazy argument for no reason, I check the calendar and show her. I tell her it doesn't invalidate her opinion but maybe she's reacting stronger than is reasonable. That always sets her off more but then she realizes I'm right and apologizes once she calms down.

The whole sex offender registry idea is bullshit and has grown into a giant list filled with teens sexting and people peeing in the bushes walking home. It needs less people on it...not more.

There are two distinct schools of thought on this event which both have some valid points, but here's the breakdown: Yes, her initial proposal was polite. She offered what she felt was a valuable service in an exchange of services with the hotel. Exchange of services is not new or shady in any way, but both sides have to see value in the service they are receiving. The hotel owner/manager did not see any value in her service and posted a hilarious and brilliant, but brutal, response which seems …

So the plot is much deeper. Somebody hypnotized her into thinking Keanu was hypnotizing her. We're dealing with a master level illusionist here.

You guys may not remember it, but we had an internet clock counting down until the Olsen twins were legal. Creepy jokes are funny and 18 year olds are hot. Two rules of the internet.

Yeah, I'm not agreeing with the statement, only pointing out that single parent has no indication whether both parents are involved with a child. So any single parent cancer crap is just stupid.

Single mother doesn't imply a father abandoned the kids. It only implies the mother and father aren't together. The father is also a single father in that scenario.

I can understand if something crazy happens like your kid falls into a blender then sets themself on fire, and you have to rush to the emergency room and then you forget your phone. But I agree that not having a good reason after the fact is just not acceptable. There's only so many times a kid can fall into a blender.

I think it's a little discriminatory to bring the mailman's height into consideration....and I think it's implied that the twin fun is an ongoing relationship perk where heels could be an accessory but are not mandatory.

You marry an adventurous young woman, who has a promiscuous twin sister with a sibling incest fetish....and in exchange for hot twin sister threesome action you agree to let your wife bang the mailman who gets her pregnant. Since you allowed her to bang the mailman....it could be assumed that you consented to the risk of her getting pregnant in exchange for banging her and her hot twin sister together.

Injecting that into the conversation while she is saying yes makes it sound like she's doing him a favor. Maybe it's the "lol"....where people say something that they're nervous about and laugh to try to diffuse tension...but she just comes across as rude and self-centered. I can respect that someone has preferences. I have them. It's a first date. She doesn't have to tell him she's keeping an open mind. All she has to do is go on the date or not. If someone told me that they'd go on a date with…

Never underestimate the Caucasian love for Asians. That's kind of true in any interracial dating scenario. It's a lot easier to overlook physical beauty imperfections because of the exotic factor.

Fuck that....if you want to have your own personal requirements, great. But don't keep inserting them into the conversation with cutesy little "lol"s. Either go on the date or don't. You can tell them why you don't want to date them, but don't act like your distaste of whatever physical attribute you don't like is somehow their fault or something wrong with them.

Most movies are structured to bomb financially until they are a blockbuster success. It is a common industry tool to lower actor pay. That being said, this bombed more than most.

It's not that having female Ghostbusters is bad, but having all female Ghostbusters was a conscious decision that pushed a narrative the film didn't need. The original male Ghostbusters cast was male because that was the common mentality at the time. A mixed gender cast today would have been both believable and more palatable.

To be fair, they have a formula where they recycle the same thing over and over and people will go see it because there is nothing better. This is how we have multiple Spiderman origin movies. The fact that it failed as bad as it did is really a testament to how badly they screwed up.

If people want to delude themselves on reddit, that's their own shortcoming. Getting their panties in a bunch when it happens is just kind of silly. Whether reddit allows it or not, it's kind of like driving a car.....you know you're not supposed to hit other cars, and other cars aren't supposed to hit you. Sometimes it happens.

Or people could stop assuming that they are anonymous online. If someone wants to maintain a strict practice of hiding behind proxies, and never providing personal information, and not using usernames that tie their account to their personal lives, great....they're anonymous. But if someone posts nude pictures, or even allows nude pictures to be taken, or posts controversial information on the internet, they should do so with the understanding/expectation that it can and will be linked back to t…

To take my suggestion, it would indeed require legwork. Sorry Francis, but first names are not personal information. And if your first name really is Francis, then just fucking get over it. :)

so the guilty should prove they are innocent rather than proving someone is guilty....got it. Re-posting something should NOT be an issue. When you put something on the internet...it's there. You have to understand you may never get it back. Perhaps we should just make it fair across the board. If you post your own personal information, you get banned and the post deleted/edited. This way, we don't have to worry about people reposting it.

I know it would take a little bit of legwork, but I think it would be a small matter to query a user B's posts for the user A's offending phrase, and if user B themselves have posted their own personal information....then user A should not be banned for reposting it. Especially if it's something as generic as a first name.
