Not at all, however he admitted at the beginning he isn't keeping up his conversation with God on a daily basis. God changes us when we pray, he speaks to us when we read the bible and meditate on what it said. Seek first the kingdom of God and let Him add the other things to your life as He Chooses. After many months of fasting and prayer about it, He led me to meet the right one, I still had to pursue her, build a relationship, etc. He had told me no about a few I was interested in before that…

If you believe God has your life planned, why would you expect to find a wife on your own? For all you know, you rejected his Choice for your life because you applied your arbitrary standards to her. She's looking for a loving companion, like Jesus loves the church. You come across as if it was a hostile takeover of a corporation merger. Read and pray more, let God pick her out.

Ignore the slight against you. Slapping the cheek in his culture was a way of slighting someone, a way to dishonor them. Jesus didn't respond by fighting back when he was attacked verbally, or physically after his arrest. Even when the soldiers slapped him with his head covered and taunted him with "tell us who hit you" On the cross they mocked him, saying "he saved others, let him save himself". Jesus told Peter he could call thousands of angels to defend himself if he just said the word. But h…

I got my first COVID19 vaccine shot in the beginning of December, just got the second shot on Monday. Got achy chills the day after the first shot, so far nothing but a sore throat from the last one.

I grew up as PK (preachers kid) so had plenty of people judge me with ways they wouldn't judge themselves. I had a trade before I was called to preach, and like most mechanical trades, I work with rough and crude people. I still support myself with my trade, this has helped me be a lot more real with the rough crowd in the city I'm called to. I've seen both sides of church people, I think Jesus was real, after all he hung around with the perceived "sinners" of his day, the tax collectors, and th…

I attended a conservative Baptist church for a few years myself, it's really too bad you don't feel comfortable that you could approach your pastor about this. I do know some pastors and people in my own denomination who probably wouldn't feel comfortable talking about these topics as well.

If it could, I would have had issues, 4 children, each breastfed at least 2 years, never had any side effects from enjoying her production.

Stimulation while nursing causes extra production. We have healthy children that were a little fat from breastfeeding. Some nursing is also fun as part of foreplay, after all, if she's happy with her body, nursing is just another function of the amazing abilities God made her body able to do. Her body still produces some fluid from her chest during intercourse depending on her hormones and how intense things are beforehand, our youngest child is 10 now. I'm an evangelical pastor for reference.

The real idol in every case is our own selfish will, it's what leads us to all the other idols

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
