I think i had the same problem as you. I walked like i was a pregnant lady, belly forward. Even when standing still. Guess it was because of too much sitting on a computer chair. What fixed it for me were Hyperextensions. Do those first with only your bodyweight, after a week do it with a 5kg plate, next week 10kg etc etc. If possible do it on a thing where you start of in a plank position. Not in a 45 degree upward position. Hyperextensions work, because they train your lower back
