Doesn't really help, because contracts signed under coercion are not binding. She could claim you forced her to sign it. You'd need a notary stamp as well.

I personally would rather keep the selective service all male than expand it to females. I don't believe that infringing upon women's liberties will somehow offset infringing upon men's liberties. The draft is an abomination and should be abolished, not expanded.

I agree with you. I just think that minor offenses like being slapped one time (by a man or woman) can sometimes be better handled outside of a courtroom. But that doesn't mean that the slapper was in the right.

Honestly, someone -male or female- would have to do more than just slap me once before I would press charges. Sometimes people get emotional. Just my opinion. People have the right to make their own.

Guys, you need to understand that you have no say on abortion. Not saying that's right. Just how it is. You need to have have a conversation about abortion with your SO before having sex. If she won't have one, you need to take that into consideration. I realize this doesn't help OP but others should learn from this.

Normally, I hate lawyers and I hate lawsuits, but this is a good example of where a civil suit is necessary. These men should sue this girl for everything she is worth. If the criminal system will not hold people accountable for false allegations, the victims have a responsibility to use the civil system to impose incentives against false allegations. We've had this problem in this country for centuries (Salem witch trials) and it needs to be dealt with.

My cousin (a male teacher) was convicted of molesting little boys. Now, I'm not making excuses for him. He deserved what he got in the end, but his trial was bullshit. The judge told him to take the plea deal or he would "get out of prison in a box." My cousin took the deal and he's doing 40 years. So a man gets 40 years, she get's 29 months. His sentence is almost 18 times as long. Fucking bullshit.
