Every little physical thing you do, plays a role in your energy. You literally chewing a piece of gum has an effect on energy levels. The significance of that energy consumption is determined by the intensity of the action. I'm not even talking nofap at this point. Just common sense.

I never said it was a problem, but the FACTS say that whatever energy you put into fapping is going to come out of your day somewhere. The same applies to staying up playing on your phone. That's a little more sleep or a little less overall energy for your day. This isn't why I nofap tho, so I'm not making this argument.

YESSS oh I love this, exactly what I was looking for. I'm also an advocate for jealousy, never have I ever doubted it. I'm definitely going to those channels after I post this. I'm really not jealous over her instagram part, just the snapchat aspect. Another question, how would YOU see the instagram brand thing? I feel like most red-pilled people wouldn't be intimidated or even see it much as a bad thing, but I'm not sure. Anyway thank you for the reply!
