3	Whats some meditation tips and techniques that benefitted you? I want to start but never done before It’s a breathing method developed by an Icelandic extreme athlete. It’s based on Tibetan breathing techniques etc. It targets more of the physical than the mental, but they are connected so definitely recommended trying it. 1	Does she want to fuck (is this a shit test)? Well, I initiated and forced the break. the gf is still pretty much begging. I can see how I'm probably validation towards her. Although theres no sign of any friend zone to me at least. She was sexting me and then is now avoiding my invites.
