The real issue is the SMV diff between the men and their wives, and the shitty sex lives that result. Nothing you can do about it. Some will hate you on sight. Anger driven by fear. Pick a few to hang with that seem cool. Bonus if wife is fugly. They can't all be hot. Most of these guys work hard and get zero appreciation from wife and kids, and have fuck-all social life outside of family and work. A few genuine compliments and occasional invite to join your world for an evening, and it should b…

We don't care about the morality. It's the laziness that's annoying. You haven't done the 101 level work, and you're asking about more advanced stuff like spinning plates and threesomes. Beware the wife's offer to open things up until you can answer a few questions: *Is your relative SMV higher that hers? *Do you regularly get IOI's from other women? *Do you own your shit, or act like a drunk captain? *Are you living in her frame, or your own frame? *Is your downside younger, hotter, tighter? Ma…

This is the way I would spin it. It's a long-term program that alternates between bulking and shredding, with short maintenance periods in-between. So it doesn't matter much where you start, since you're moving around in a circle anyway. Just get started and fine-tune it as you go. If you are getting results, then keep going, otherwise make some changes. One comment on your program. Going to gym in middle of fasting time may be difficult to get a quality workout. I fuel up right before and get s…

OYS 1 - long overdue. Stop fucking around, and start fucking 50yr, married 19yr, 3 kids 17/15/12 Sidebar: Bad habit of reading a few chapters, then skimming a few, then moving on. Make a few changes, immediate positive results, then slack off, content that I've figured it all out. Need to go back to start and do this methodically and thoroughly. Back to MMSLP today. Body: 6'3" 215lbs, 20%BF navy. Consistent effort and slow steady progress. Eased up on lifting mid-January due to persistent aches …

Possibly a "How to" book in the sidebar on this very topic. Results are a combo of activity and ability. You should have the ability, so you need to up the activity/effort. Good social group is an indication of status. If you are low on friends, then you are likely low status. Hit this hard to increase attractiveness and dread. It's easy. Plan and lead. Most adults are awful at this. They just show up at stuff others arrange. Women are a bit better than men at maintaining a social group. The wom…

Advice - read the sidebar, work the program. blah blah blah. Skimming through this a second time. Looks like you are asking us for permission to divorce or cheat on your wife. Is that what you want to hear? Wow you sound wonderful. You've been so patient. Forget this fat bitch. Go bang some hotties. An Athol Kay book (not in sidebar?) may be relevant here. Chapter in Do These Pants Make My Ass Look Fat. Covers male mid-life crisis. Says it's triggered by decline in fertility of the wife as she g…

short answer - then just fuck off. Nobody here is going to give you a sales pitch. longer answer - It actually isn't that hard, and not expensive. It does take commitment. And it's all stuff you should be doing if you respect yourself and want a quality life. Most guys are just awful and very unattractive. It's easy to separate yourself from the herd. You don't realize it until you unplug. Being social and having fun is part of the program. So watching Superbowl is fine. But following a bunch of…

TRP vs MRP TRP is easy. MRP is hard. As a forum, TRP is much more active. The top posts are good. But much of the daily post/comments there is junk or juvenile. MRP sub is less active, but the content is better quality. Even if the post is sub-par, some of the comments will be gold. (RPAlternate42 long comment here has loads of gold nuggets - thank you sir). If you want to bounce around from one woman to the next, then TRP is fine. If you want to add the LTR module to your toolkit, the MRP is th…

Lots of basic questions here. Short answer: When in doubt - escalate. Just do it gradually. If she is interested then she will respond positively. Otherwise, next. You want to move somewhere private and make out, then just say that to her. No need to over-think it. Longer answer. Two general paths forward: Option 1 - Analyse all the possible scenarios. Learn step-by-step lists and connect-the-dots detailed programs. Practice daily. Rehearse your lines. Watch kino videos on youtube. Have a great …

..just the inlaws now that I need to conquer...I just want to diapppear when they're visiting. Consider a different approach/mindset. Everyone has their own frame. But mine is big enough to encompass theirs many times over. I don't have to knock them down and butt heads for dominance. They can keep their frame. It's cute. Just like a child's bedroom. It's their room, but it's in my house. Your frame covers a much larger space and longer-term plans. So you have visitors coming over and bringing t…

Thanks. Didn't intend to get into this here, but appreciate your thoughts. Beta provider - check Got fat - nope. Was fat the day we met. Didn't gain an ounce. That's the source of my anger I think. I'm the same man she married. Wondering if she ever really was attracted to me.

Wasn't trying to be evasive. Just trying to stick to a limited topic and look for a couple of tips. Sex life is lousy, and has been for years. Was the sex always bad? Hard to say. When a relationship goes sour, all the history gets a negative tint to it.

Nailed it. That's exactly why I'm here, and the outcome I intend to avoid.

There's big issues and there's small issues. Was just looking for a couple of tips on a smaller issue in this thread. As for the bigger issue, well there's no one single question and answer for that. I just plan on working the program for the next 12 months.

Feeling guilty? No. The real big issue? Anger. Not sure if I want to continue in this relationship. Right now just working on STFU, OYS, getting fit, fun with friends, reading sidebar material. Being patient.

Right you are. Wish I found this place a whole lot sooner, rather than that pity-party. But I can't undo the past. Appreciate you taking the time. I still occasionally look there, but more as a reminder that it's a place/mindset to avoid. What's really going on? I'm making changes and becoming a better man and OYS more around the house. Not so much doing more, but actually taking charge of some stuff. But it still feels like she's doing 90% of the household stuff, and anything I contribute is ju…

Interesting point. The spouse's perspective. Explains a lot. 50lbs ago, everything I did was wrong. Stopped trying to please her, lose some weight, and suddenly it's all appreciation. Even though I'm probably actually doing less around the house than before. Go figure.

Thanks. I've been reading non-sidebar stuff the past few weeks. Think maybe I need to get back into it, at least a daily dose to reinforce the mindset.

Started typing, then realized I was just going to repeat the above comment. One additional comment though - whose idea was the kitchen reno? If it was hers, and she hardly ever cooks, then it was a shit test and you failed (Married Man Sex Life Primer, chapter 10, specifically mentions this one). Don't feel bad. I failed the same test last year (If I found this group a year earlier, then I would have an extra $40K in the bank). So don't expect the new kitchen to result in more actual cooking by …

Excellent comment - she's more committed to winning some retarded marriage competition. So true and so common. Something I've been feeling for ages, but you articuled it perfectly.

great summary point - like changing from hard to normal mode. Oh so true.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
