| 1 | What I've Learned: NoFap -> TheRedPillNoFap is just a way to get starting. especially true for the hardcore porn addicts. it helps you start doing new stuff and exploring. the thing is tho it is served in a super wrong way. people at NoFap are counting the days they havent fapped and are feeling guilty when they do.
